"The location of this hotel is right in the center of town. Three minute walk to the ruins, five minute walk to the train station, and five minutes to anywhere else you would want to go. The hotel was clean and basic. Because it's in the middle of town there is a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend a room not with a view of the ruins. The windows and doors to the patio do not block much noise."

"The staff were incredible. Super friendly and very easy to get a hold of. They stowed our luggage so that we could visit the town after checkout. The hotel was really cute and quaint. I would stay there again."

Excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, or you can simply spend the day relaxing in the lovely courtyard while gazing at the magnificent mountains right in front. "Cute Peruvian hotel close to town - walkable to a mini market and restaurants. We would stand outside the hotel and flag down a motortaxi if we wanted to go further. They would charge us $5-8 sol ( about $1.75-$2.75 us ) to go into the town square or to the train station . The town square is really cute. The beds were comfy and the worker will give you a heater for your room if you’re cold ( we went in winter) . They stored our roll on bags while we went to Agues Calientes (Machu Picchu) for a night ( we packed our back packs for one night to take with us so we wouldn’t have excess baggage on the train ) then we came back to this same hotel and spent another night . It worked out great !"

"This hotel was very nice and so convenient. The room is great, the breakfast great. We ate dinner here one night and the food was great and the service wonderful. Miguel was great, very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel"
