"Really nice staff. All super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. My one complaint is that the food at the resort was very average for the price. Definitely was a let down and the reason why I didn't give this place a five star rating. Overall really nice place and beautiful views of the sunset. Staff are all goods but food needs major improvement."

"the menu was fresh and there was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast , all the restaurants had great menus and the food was delicious. Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Always ready with a smile and a 'Bula!' Room was comfortable and well serviced by the cleaning staff. Just wish we had a queen size bed not double. Overall the stay at the resort was an amazing experience, very relaxing, and we will return to this property in the future"

"We have stayed at this property twice, that should say enough. Great location, staff, amenities, restaurants, and store(s) all within walking distance. Music could be lowered maybe some-in the later evening hours."

"The hospitality was amazing as usual no complaints there, however our room wasn’t a wow factor for my stay, maintenance was happening people walking around your room constantly with didn’t give us privacy and noises would start from 9am. I would have appreciated if staff would have advised me about the scenario. "

"This is not a hotel I would recommend. Although I appreciated being allowed to check in early after arriving from a 15-hour flight, the experience quickly became disappointing. Check-in took over an hour. I was directed by staff to use the ATM in the lobby, but the machine repeatedly timed out while still placing approximately $350 USD in pending charges on my account. It was later confirmed by management that the ATM was not working. Once I entered the room, the bed linen was dirty. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told someone would address it, but hours passed without resolution. No alternate room was offered. Later that night, my daughter found winged bugs near the vanity, and after inspecting the bed myself, I noticed insects crawling on the sheets. I checked out immediately without showering or staying the night. Management initially stated I would receive a refund, but days later the hotel continues giving both myself and Expedia difficulty despite the room conditions and the fact that I never stayed overnight. Expedia confirmed the refund must come directly from Sofitel. I ultimately relocated to the Sheraton, which was a far better experience overall. Unfortunately, this stay lacked cleanliness, urgency, accountability, and professionalism."

"Our lagoon room was perfect, nice view and balcony but more affordable than the duplexes Staff are super friendly and all the food we had was top notch Enough activities and amenities to fill your day without getting bored We also organised a full day sail with Rosie’s tours on site which was super convenient and we had so much fun Would 100% recommend, we will be back!"
