ROOM WAS CLEAN, A/C BUTTONS WHERE MISSING SO YOU HAD TO USE A PEN TO REACH TO SWITCHES INSIDE BUT THEY DID WORK. SUPPOSED TO BE A BREAKFAST BUT IT NEVER OPENED AND WE LEFT AT 9:00AM FRONT ELIVATOR DID NOT WORK.

The rooms were very clean and big spacious rooms. Staff were amazing, front desk reception was very helpful when checking inn explained the amenities and location of all vending machines, pool area, and breakfast location. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety to choose from. Parking was amazing. Empty most of the time. Very quiet and people are kind polite and very respectful here. Highly recommend to everyone that is out here on work or vacationing... 10 out of 10...

Good location, clean rooms and walkways, staff friendly and helpful! Some exterior stairs in the rear of property near pool were in need of repair improvement and the pool needed to be cleaned but it was too cold to jump in. But other than that everything was great and a wonderful surprise. Really enjoyed our stay.

THE ROOM DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURES THAT WERE ADVERTISED. THE ROOMS N HOTEL IN GENERAL, SMELLED HORRIBLE, LIKE URINE. I PURCHASED SPRAY N USED IT DAILEY. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING. THE ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK, AND IT WAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING TO ACCESS. STAFF WERE NOT INFORMING GUEST AS THEY CHECKED IN THAT IT WAS BROKEN. THE DESK CHAIR INSIDE THE ROOM, WAS OLD N TORN ALL UP, PEELING ALL OVER, N NOT A GOOD LOOK AT ALL. THE CHANNEL LINEUP ON THE TV, ALL THE CHANNELS ADVERTISED WERE NOT IN THE SELECTION. THE BATHROOM TUB, HAD A TUB MAT IN THERE, THAT HAD BLACK SPOTS ON IT. IT DID NOT COME CLEAN EVEN AFTER HOUSEKEEPING CLEANED IT DAILEY! N I ATTEMPTED TO CLEAN IT AS WELL WITH CLEANER I PURCHASED. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT. IS THAT THE WATER WAS NICE N HOT IN THE SHOWER! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
