Hotel is in good location just opposite Hyde Park.Lancaster Gate tube station 2 minute walk from Hotel and Oxford Street about 15 minute walk.Good Breakfast where you can help yourself to as much as you like.

We were woken by loud noises (sounded like trolleys being wheeled outside the hotel on the ground floor). We came for a nice relaxing evening and lie in after a special night at the albert hall, but 6:30am is too early to disturb sleeping visitors

Very clean and what you expect. Do need to walk a bit to get to everything from there but should be aware of that when looking at the location for booking. Only complaint would be the shower didn’t have cold water, the range was very warm to extremely hot. Made for uncomfortable showers but could’ve just been our room.

Nice property for the stay, conveniently well located to metro station, bus stops and walks around. AC doesn’t work well, we slept with open windows. Hall carpets didn’t small good.

This hotel is in an excellent area- definately the location is 4star. The actual room was dated - room was functional but tired- needs some updates. We did not spend much time in room -or partake in hotel restaurant so cannot comment & for the most part our room was clean & reasonably quiet.

Excellent location right across street from Hyde park beautiful for walks running etc so close to 2 tube stations making sightseeing more accessible Negative rooms are small and bed is small bathroom very small but you are not in London to sit in a room !

Great position for zydeco Park and RoyalAlbert Hall. Great pub the swan 50metres away and tube station Lancaster Gate 100metres away. Room on the snug side.

The Corus Hotel property is very nice in a prime area across the street from Hyde Park, London, England. Excellent location for transportation, hop on bus, shopping, major sites. Nice modern decor, the restaurant and bar were comfortable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this property with an 8-star.

We were allocated a room and someone was already there. Given then another room which was a smokers room even though we did not want this. Could not use shower in the morning as it was broken. Avoid this hotel

Room was small but adequate and clean. The view was of an alleyway FULL of garbage. Great neighborhood. Right across street from Hyde Park - lovely. Bus system great. Easy access to the sights.

Stayed there a few times over the years. Rooms were always small but location was terrific. This time i booked a executive larger room. Upon arrival, i noticed the outside and interior have degraded significantly since i stayed before 2020. The executive room was room 252, main level, large and spacious but rather outdated. Also, the walls were not sound proof and every night noisy, a homeless person was sleeping directly outside our window only 3 ft away from out bed inside the hotel. Hopefully, this hotel will improve as we enjoy the area. also, missed the piano player..

This hotel does not match the photos. Linens were dirty, carpet was stained and dirty. It was horribly outdated and it almost looked, smelled as if it had flooded as the wood was damaged through our whole floor and the carpet had terrible staining.

The Corus Hotel Hyde Park staff, especially manager Dante Domingo, were very helpful and professional. I had nice interactions with everyone working there at the lobby and restaurant. The location is stellar right on Hyde Park, easy to walk to the underground at Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. Good restaurants around.

Booked this hotel because they advertised they had air conditioning the first 3 nights I was there my air conditioning was not working only the heat and they kept saying they would fix it or look into it and never did until I finally requested to be switched to a new room. Definitely would not stay here again.

Hyde Park was a wonderful location to stay. We walked the city everyday, but the Lancaster Gate station was 5 mins from hotel if we needed. Easy to get to from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line and a transfer to the Central Line. Room was not fancy and lacked maintenance, but was comfortable and cleaned daily. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast in the conservetory was a lovely view. The breakfast itself was not so wonderful. The eggs were unedible and the selections beyond the full English were slim. We tried the full english once and that was enough. Extremely bland.

It was in an excellent location very close to tube station, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable also the toilet didn’t flush very well and not very clear on check out time

This hotel was very lovely. The room was small but had everything you need and nothing you didn't. A very efficient use of space. The only drawback was the temperature control. It didn't seem to work properly and the room was quite stuffy. The staff were polite and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, the food was prepared well and arrived quickly.

It was nice and clean and had what we needed, a little bit more basic than expected. The room was quite small but we only stayed one night so was fine for us. The man on the reception desk could have been a bit friendlier and also mentioned what time and where breakfast was the next morning, as there were no paperwork in the room to explain this either. Very convenient and great location though.

Affordable and convenient for a property adjacent to Hyde Park. Noisy AC unit that made strange noises in the middle of the night from time to time.
