Inside the property it was well appointed and quiet. The front door opens onto buzzy Covent Garden with it’s shops, restaurants, pubs and street entertainers.
Love the location of this property. It is clean and spacious. There is a grocery and ATM across the street. would definitely stay here again but only if the unit has an AC. So, why not 5 stars? The toilet does not flush well and the bathtub does not drain well. We were there in November. The temperature outside is between 35 and 50 deg F. Somehow with the heater off, the inside temperature slowly increased to 75 deg F way too warm to be comfortable. We had to open the windows to regulate the inside temperature. Noise outside starts at about 6 am and ends at about 11:30 pm. We had to choose too hot to sleep well vs too noisy to sleep well towards the end of our stay.
I am more accustomed to hotel stays where you can print etickets and leave bags. The property offers none these amenities. It was a pain to get either accomplished.
Outstanding. Wonderfully appointed, contemporary, and spacious apartment. Location was best ion the city - steps from Covent Garden, easy walking distance to tons of restaurants, SoHo, and the theaters. Very high value. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
This has to be one of the very best places to spend 5 days in central London. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, sensitively furnished, well-equipped, and surprisingly peaceful. It’s on the top floor so there’s a high degree of privacy and opens directly onto a pedestrian street that is convenient for all of central London. Perfect for a stay that does not involve a car.

Great place to stay in a nice part of London. 2 bedroom apartment was exactly as pictured and very nice. Lively part of town on cobblestone street right next to Convent Garden so a lot of activities going on. Only downside is that it does not have air conditioning. When checking in, the cleaners had the heat on so apartment was over 82 degrees. Person checking us in immediately turned it off and explained that the place doesn’t have air conditioning but some type of cool air flow through the walls. Turned this on but it did not cool the place down and was actually cooling better with the windows open and this thing off. Took a few days to actually cool back down. Had to go out and purchase a fan which I left for the next user. Overall, still rated as high and would stay again as long as there is a fan in the apartment.
I expected to find a hotel, however i got anxious to know there would be someone expecting me to open the door as there is no front desk.I expected to have room service, cleaning. Well, perhaps i didn't read properly about the place. When i left they asked me by email to place the dishes in the dish washer and turn on. It was the first time in this situation and I found it strange.
I stayed in the 1 bedroom flat and the place was extremely nice. Very clean and modern. The place was extremely spacious and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of Covent Gardens so as soon as you step out your door their is a wealth of activity. The building is right next to this beautiful floral nursery so it really does make the setting perfect. I had a colleague come over during my stay and they were truly impressed with the spaciousness and location of the flat. The one change I would suggest is to make the check-in time a little earlier. Currently it’s 4pm although when I arrived at 2pm the place was already cleaned and ready to go so they went ahead and let me check in. It truly was a very comfortable stay in a great location. The train station is about a 5 minute walk and it’s one stop from Oxford Circus.
Brand new, built with great taste, great location for visiting, shopping, fast WiFi, excellent quality of each detail. The very best we ever had for this money, by far.
The place is very nice and spacious, clean, modern, very good location, surprisingly quiet. Since there is no concierge, all services (e.g. luggage storage) need to be arranged through the helpline which might take some time - so plan ahead.
