This is a lovely, comfortable apartment in a vibrant part of London, perfect for my business trip.
The wifi was through a portable device and didn't always work that well, which was the main problem for me, as this was for business.
The apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything I needed to make small meals for myself. Comfy bed; shower but no tub.
Check in was a little confusing; no one answered the reception bell so I called the office and they sit someone down right away. I signed a couple of things very quickly; copies were not given to me, and shown to my room, but not shown how to use anything (like the Wifi, which I later had to call the office again about). A little more polish at check in, or an email letting me know what to expect would have been nice.
Fabulous little treat - every morning fresh croissants and milk were delivered to my room!
Note: this apartment doesn't have regular maid service, more like an Airbnb. That was fine with me, but if you're expecting it, be forewarned.
All in all, a really nice place for a reasonable price.
