Excellent value for such a central location. Very easy check-in. Place had everything we needed for our stay and was very well cleaned. Couple of notes: (i) sheets / bedding was cleaned so intensely I had a skin reaction to it when sleeping in the bed. (ii) Cleaner banged on the door at 8AM on day of check out when check out was at 10AM. (iii) Street is noisy fairly early on. Other than that, very pleasant.

The property was located conveniently close to Farringdon Station, as well as several bus stops. There were grocery stores near as well, and plenty of sites for tourists as well. However, the first evening we returned to the apartment after a day out we found ants all over the place. I had to buy bug spray and take care if the problem myself as the apartment management didn't respond to calls or emails about it for 48 hours.

Dreadful Communication
Please be aware that you need to check in quite a distance from the apartment at 99 Mansel Street. This is a taxi ride or underground and could be a big problem if you have luggage. When I arrived to check in they did not have my reservation and no apartments available. Eventually, I was offered an apartment at my preferred location so all was well. The apartment itself is great and in a fab location. so all was well in the end.

When I arrived there was maintenance going on, so I left bag and came back later. No issue except the shower base did not drain meaning I had to get out before finishing to stop a flood. Also no breakfast tray, just a teabag, no condiments at all, basics like salt/pepper. No movies as advertised, bit disappointing all round.

Lack of Instructions Causes Unnecessary Headaches
The apartments are large and well-appointed (with a few exceptions) and ideally located (literally across the street from the Farringdon subway and rail stations). The problem--one that can be easily overcome--is with their servicing. There are few instructions anywhere providing procedures for doing things (they give you the number for the 24-hour help, but there are no local phones in the apartment). For example, a circuit breaker went out during my stay and I had to call the main office and wait for them to send someone out simply to flip a switch located inside the apartment. Rather than provide simple instructions for me to do it myself, my dinner plans were delayed at least an hour to wait for a maintenance person to arrive). There are no instructions for how to operate the AC/heater unit (It took two nights trying to sleep in a freezing apartment until I figured out--through trial and error--how to work the heater). There are no instructions for the kitchen appliances, or how to buzz a visitor into the building, or where to take the trash. A short form, with simple and concise instructions (like what you would see in most hotels) would improve the experience immensely.

This is a large one-bedroom apartment (the kitchen is a part of the living room), which is reasonably priced for the location in Central London. It is one minute by foot from a tube station, with easy access to any attraction. Many of those (e.g., the Tower of London and British Museum) are within a walking distance - about 15 minutes by foot, and one can even walk to the Piccadilly Circus - it's an about 35 minutes walk. There are about 3 dozen restaurants of all kinds within a 5 minute walk, and there are a couple of inexpensive grocery stores nearby. The building is located in a safe and quiet area. The staff is helpful and responsive - any of our requests have been fulfilled promptly. A pleasant surprise is that they provide some food upon arrival - enough for making a typical English breakfast and also supply free milk and croissants every morning. Perhaps the main inconvenience is that there no reception desk, which makes checking in somewhat tricky. The best thing to do is to contact the management via e-mail a few days before arrival for the check-in instructions, and then call them in order to get the keys to the premises. Arriving after 8 pm can be problematic, because one would need to go to a totally different place to obtain the keys. Otherwise, calling or texting works very well if there are any issues. Another problem is that the WiFi is speedy, but pretty inconsistent - the signal is frequently lost when moving within the apartment.

Perhaps the Blueprint Apartments are very nice . . . but I guess I'll never know. Only 4 days before my reservation, I received the following notice: "We are contacting you in regards with your reservation from the 17th of June for 3 nights at our property 66 Turnmill Street. I would like to let you know that unfortunately we have received your booking due to a system error and we are not able to accommodate you in the apartment booked. Please kindly note that we will proceed with a refund for you. We have cancelled your booking free of charge from our end. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused." I made this reservation at least 3 month in advance of my trip. Then, just 4 days before I'm supposed to arrive in London--at the height of the summer tourist season--the reservation is canceled without explanation. YOU try finding another place to stay that's even vaguely affordable. We scrambled and eventually landed a situation, but the location was far less desirable, the unit was not as nice, and the cost was considerably higher. There was NO offer from Blueprint Apartments nor Expedia to help us locate another room option. I would strongly discourage taking a risk on any future booking at this location. You may find yourself homeless in London.

Buyer beware!
We rented two apartments for our stay. One apartment was missing a remote for the TV in the living room. Although it was reported, the management company made no attempt to resolve the issue. Had to watch the very small TV at night in the bedroom area. The other apartment had WiFi issues for over half of our stay. Every day we were told they would provide a new dongle but it didn’t happen until the 4th day. At the end of the stay, we had to dispose of our own trash and clean all the dishes and put them away. I’m surprised they didn’t make us wash our linens and towels, too. This was supposed to be a trip of her lifetime for my mom, so it was very disappointing that we had to deal with such difficulties and lack of help. If you have to call when the office is closed, expect to be told to call back when the office is open. They made no offer to take the initiative to arrange a call back or resolve the issue. Horrible customer service!

Nice, clean, new apartment in great area
This is a lovely, comfortable apartment in a vibrant part of London, perfect for my business trip. The wifi was through a portable device and didn't always work that well, which was the main problem for me, as this was for business. The apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything I needed to make small meals for myself. Comfy bed; shower but no tub. Check in was a little confusing; no one answered the reception bell so I called the office and they sit someone down right away. I signed a couple of things very quickly; copies were not given to me, and shown to my room, but not shown how to use anything (like the Wifi, which I later had to call the office again about). A little more polish at check in, or an email letting me know what to expect would have been nice. Fabulous little treat - every morning fresh croissants and milk were delivered to my room! Note: this apartment doesn't have regular maid service, more like an Airbnb. That was fine with me, but if you're expecting it, be forewarned. All in all, a really nice place for a reasonable price.

Location perfect for access to public transportation, central location for our needs. The apartment was well appointed with new furnishings and excellent appliances. We enjoyed the convenience of our own living space and friendly ambience. Unfortunately I left my wireless notepad in our apartment at checkout. It was not turned in although I contacted their number immediately after leaving. I am very disappointed in losing many valuable memories.

The team was proactive about informing us, and provided us a alternate option on a very short notice. The property in Suffolk lane was spacious, recently renovated, equipped with everything we needed and clean. Location was very central and housekeeping team were great.

Spacious room in an excellent location
Very happy with the studio apartment booked. As they had only been open 2 weeks, everything was new and most of the kitchen appliances unused (including by us). Bed was firm but comfortable, fluffy towels and dressing gowns and plenty of room vs. normal London hotel rooms. Very fast WiFi (250Mb). Location was very good, only 5 mins walk from the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube station. Weatherspoons pub opposite and only a short walk to the Southbank, packed with restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall no real complaints and will definitely consider next time we visit London.

Pleasant surprise
I was relocated to another apartment when there was a leak where I had booked, but I was very impressed by the way that I was asked if I was willing to accept, which I was. The apartment that I stayed in was well appointed and all looked new other than a cracked worktop and a damaged carpet. The gentleman on reception was delightful and it a bonus to find such a good welcome pack...and croissants appearing throughout the stay. Thank you. Unfortunately there was no one on reception when I left so I am not sure about who to contact for my receipt. The apartment that I stayed was surprisingly quiet considering it was located next to Cannon Street station and the high ceiling gave a pleasant airy feel. I would happily stay here again.

Service could be improved though, as I didn't find getting access to the apartment particularly friendly and was told that I needed to vacate by 10am the next morning - which, whilst a little early, is perhaps not unreasonable - but I do take offence to someone then continually banging on the door at 9.45 trying to hurry me up.

Urban chic in historic London
We selected this property after searching for somewhere air-conditioned, with kitchen, and near London tube/train. It ticked all these boxes plus more. It was a modern, well-sized apartment with good natural light and ventilation. At first we were concerned about coordinating check-in, but it ran smoothly as we had a good idea of our arrival time. It was lovely to be greeted pleasantly and with a food gift-box. The daily delivery of milk and croissants was appreciated. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare easy meals if we did not feel like going out. There is a shared laundry in basement. When we communicated with management about clean but 'tired' condition of bath linen it was quickly replaced. The only challenge for us was cloaking bags, as there is no reception on site. Management proposed a solution, but if you have a late departure this could be an issue. We were excited to discover the history of the area within a short radius. Farringdon stations is a short, easy walk down street and only one stop from Kings Cross.

Great location near easy transport and lots of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our 10-day stay. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The only problem we had was with internet access, which slow and patchy at times - recommend this is improved as a priority. Otherwise everything was great.

Great base at transport hub
Our trip was main to catch up with relatives who live in Farringdon. From Heathrow we were able to take the express train to Paddington which connects to the Tube system so getting to Turmill St was quite hassle-free. Property is only a short walk from Farringdon tube station. Checking in proved to be a bit of a hassle as we'd arrived on a Sunday as there is no check-in desk at property. However, once we called the correct number, the house keeper was able to let us in. Our assigned apartment was on the 5th floor but the lift was not working but we were able to negotiate a first-level apartment swap. Location is excellent, walking distance to many sights, good eats, historic places, City of London and the West End. Apartment was clean and well-presented. The daily supply of croissants was a bonus!

Lovely clean apartment
The apartment was near enough perfect for me and my stay. Close to farringdon, near to Hatton garden and shops and restaurants. A nice clean apartment, they come and refresh breakfast every day. Leaving you eggs and bacon as well for use. Perfect. The down side is you would have to go buy oil or butter for example to cook with. But all in all a nice clean apartment to use and stay!

This was outstanding - great value. Right on a tube stop (though it does not open on Sunday). Great apartment - bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and sitting area (no doors except bathroom but nicely separated.) The little things are great - they provide bacon, eggs, milk, a gourmet coffee machine, bring croissants and milk daily. Room is made up every four days which is fine. Staff in the office downstairs are great. Have to arrive by 8pm or its a hassle.

They don't have a 24/7 reception: they send someone to the building at the requested check-in time. They messaged via Expedia to confirm my check-in time. I initially requested a 5pm check-in time, which they replied back and confirmed within minutes. However, when I reached out again to request a change of check-in time to 3pm, they never replied back. I showed up at 5pm which was the confirmed check-in time and waited but no one showed up. I reached out via the phone number they gave me, they told me that they thought my check-in time was 3pm and that they thought they've already confirmed with me (which they did not). They said they'd send someone to the building right away. 30 minutes later, no one showed up. Someone finally showed up after 2 phone calls and 50 minutes later. They need to change this check-in process. Leaving guests outside the building for over 50 minutes was not acceptable. The unit itself was big and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to be brought to the room every morning at 8:30AM - which they for some reasons stopped bringing after our 2nd night. Also, the internet was so bad - it was impossible to use it for anything.

The apartment was really nice and spacious. Everything seemed new and clean and I didn't have any problems checking in/out. Only wish they'd be a bit more flexible with the check out time.
