This is a beautiful high rise building Roosevelt Tower. Nice view of the city from the 16th floor. Checking-in was abit cumbersome, and there is no parking on or around the premises. Otherwise the property is an apartment style with a beautiful kitchen, living room and a nice patio outside to sit and just watch the city. I have stayed in about 4 different properties in Canary Wharf. This is the best!!’

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Terrible service...Had to book elsewhere!!!
No apartment available arrived with nowhere to stay walked to concierge was given keys finally at 3:30pm only to find other people where staying there and we had entered their room. Was told they would try to fondness me another apartment but went to stay in a hotel nearby and cost me an extra £80 A’s didn’t prebook in advance! Not Happy

Joe. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We gave you several weeks advance notice that we had a conflict with your booking and that we could not accommodate you. Despite this you still arrived and we did what we could to accommodate you. We offered you an alternative site where we have additional properties. We tried to contact you to give you access to another property on the site but you did not respond. In reality you did not stay with us so your review does not reflect the scope of services we were able to offer you.
