Better than expected for the price that i paid. Good location. Room had a fridge and microwave which came in handy, also had a washing machine which tbh didnt. Missing though were any chairs.

The add states up scale apartments, which they are anything but. It has a kitchenette but no table or chairs, the only place to sit is the bed. There is no work desk or chair, no dressing table (only a wardrobe), no bedside tables, no bedside lights, only the main room light. Insufficient pillows, bathroom sink so close to the toilet you have to thread your way in, black mould in the shower. No communal sitting room and you are left standing outside waiting for someone to give you a code to get in. As a frequent business traveller I would say definitely do not choose this place and I certainly would not take my wife there again, almost ruined our trip. Everyone connected to this place provided very poor service and they do not tell you until you get there that if you want the room cleaned it costs an extra £30 a night. Dreadful place.

We were unable to find the property as the details don’t give the property number, and it’s not signed or marked outside. Despite following all instructions no one was there to meet us. We rang for help, had to ring twice before finally getting a response . We were stood in the cold for 25 minutes (on the coldest night of the year) despite arriving at the time we had notified. Once in the room, the chap who let us in had a long, annoyed conversation with his colleague about what key to give us. The stairs were filthy and rubbish piled up outside and in an open bin on the landing. A window was broken and couldn’t be shut properly, the toilet seat was very loose and the bathroom did not have a rain head shower as described. The tv did not work properly. Both property and service very disappointing and we will not stay there again.

Luckily it was not raining as I had to wait outside 25 minutes for someone to arrive to let me in. There were bare lightbulbs on the ceiling and no bedside table or light, no hairdryer or bin. However it was very clean, bed was comfortable and the person who did arrive was polite and apologetic.

Non Responsive customer service
The property centrally for lots of London attractions. There is NOT a front desk or responsive customer telephone service - which adversely affects the property score. On the night of checking in, I was provided enough towels for only 1 person. I asked person checking me in to provide additional towels. I was happy to receive them either that night or the following day. I also contacted Hotels.com customer service to requests them to send a message to the property care takers to remember to provide the towels. The towels never materialised. In addition, the bed linen were stained (happy to provide photos). I tried calling the property customer service to request clean linen to replace the dirty linen. After trying to contact the customer service on several occasions with success in speaking with anyone, I escalated the matter to Hotels.com customer service. They tried several times and they too did not manage to speak to anyone. In the end I had to check out earlier than expected and make a NEW hotel reservation. The Hotels.com agent logged my complaints and tried to obtain a refund for the unused 2 nights. This matter is still on going. In relation to the property, there a quite a few narrow stairs required to be taken. The room is spacious, however the shower cubicle is pretty small. The windows could be updated to reduce the road noise.

The stay was average. It was a long process to get a hold of the property manager to check in. The apartment is small and noisy as all of the appliances make noises. Whenever anyone in the building flushes a toilet, the water pipes makes a noise that wakes you up at night. The shower had hairs from previous people and wasn’t very clean. There is no coffee in the apartment, but there is a kettle so if you buy your own coffee you can make some. Overall not the worst stay as the location is good and safe, but the accommodation is average.

Die Lage war perfekt und das Appartement sehr groß. Jedoch war das Bad um so kleiner und das Licht im Bad defekt. Für zwei Übernachtungen war die Unterkunft ausreichend. Zudem hat ein kleiner Tisch/Stuhl/Ablage gefehlt.

Bad experience but great location
Truly a great location but cleanliness wasn’t up to the standard. I called on arrival to mention the dirty floor, bathroom sink (which I cleaned myself), the broken lights in the bathroom (I showered in the dark for 3 days) and the lack of coat hangers (there were none). Someone told me they would fix it but nothing happened.

Vaya tela marinera..
El baño estaba estropeado, la luz no funcionaba bien, la cocina electrica no funcionaba debido a que son más voltios de los que soporta el enchufe, las ventanas estaban rotas . No habían ollas, ni instrumentos para cocinar(en la página pone que hay de todo) y los cubiertos estaban rotos.. Llamé al chico para que me diera una solución (lo llame 30 veces) y me dijo que al día siguiente me lo arreglaría todo. Allí no vino nadie en toda la semana y estuvimos aguantando como pudimos. La calefacción funciona. El nórdico es bastante caliente. Menos mal porque no habían mantas ni nada. La limpieza de unos huespedes a otros dudo que sea muy limpia, sólo cambiam las toallas de la ducha. Así que todos pegamos nuestras babas en la misma almohada y nos tiramos pedos en la misma sábana bajera, lo estuvimos viendo desde el bar de enfrente (muy recomedable por cierto) mientras hacian la habitación. Lo bueno es que aprendimos que en 13/15 minutos se pueden hacer perfectamente unos macarrones en el microondas, en 8 minutos el pollo y las salchicas y en 45 segundos un huevo frito. Esa es mi opinión de mi estancia, eso si, en media andando te plantas en eye london, en 45/50 minutos andando en tower bridge, y en otros 30 minutos en picadilly circus.

Je déconseille salle de bain minuscule toilette qui bouche avec des excréments à notre arrivée, Merci l’accueil!! moisissures sur les joints de douche la télévision ne fonctionne pas lit avec des roulettes qui bouge et personne pour vous accueillir à l’arrivée n’y au départ!! Système de récupération de clé dans un boîtier à code que l’on vous explique à l’arrivée et après la personne n’est plus joignable en cas de problème!! La veille de mon départ me suis retrouvé à la rue il pleuvait des cordes et la clé n’était plus dans le boîtier impossible de joindre qui que se soit détresse total!! Dieu merci un couple qui habite dans l’immeuble est arrivée au bout de 10minutes et ont eux la gentillesse de me laissé entrée!! Le seul point positif pour moi la localisation le reste zéro!!

sehr gute Lage konnten unsere Sachen schon vor dem Check-in unterstellen - Ferseher war da, funktionierte aber nicht - keinen Wifi Zugang erhalten - diese Mängel konnten nur telefonisch geklärt werden, wurden aber leider nicht abgestellt!

Arrivato all'indirizzo nessuna portineria. Telefonato e dopo 45 minuti è arrivato un ragazzo con la chiave. Intanto io ero all'aperto per strada e pioveva. Arrivati in camera (minuscola ed 1 solo asciugamano quando la prenotazione era per due) siamo stati accolti da un puzzo terribile di fogna. Mi hanno detto di non preoccuparmi che sarebbe passato. Non solo non è passato ma dopo l'uso è traboccato. Lascio a Voi ogni interpretazione.
