Well that was painful. The people i spoke to were fine however the systems let them down as i could get in. 3 times i filled in my details to provide me with key pad info. I then phoned and again had to provide my details to access the hotel. I gave up and drove home

The property was great for the money and was quiet and safe. The bathroom would have benefited from signage as another guest had to ask me where it was and I had to risk knocking and turning a handle to locate it. All in all, for the price and central nature of the location. I was very satisfied. Thank you 🙏

The property was easy to get to right next to the metro but still quiet. The bed was really comfortable . One thing to note that it’s shared bathroom the ad gave the impression that it was . It was still clean there were lots of towels and a robe and you can get other needed stuff. I had a great stay here

Fantastic place to drop our gear and head out on the town. No frills but clean. Only comment I have is that the door locks felt a bit 'flimsy' (the batteries were sellotaped into the back of mine!) - I like to feel like the door is really solid and secure and the doors here didn't quite cut it.

Cosier than expected
My expectations based on other reviews were of something very basic, although the rooms are simply furnished there were nice touches such as the robe and slippers, ear plugs (although I didn’t need them despite being quite literally next door to the tune station), and non-dairy alternative milk for the provided tea and coffee. All the information I’d received prior to check in lead me to believe this was a reception free hotel but there was a desk and someone assisted with my check in. I couldn’t get my phone to scan with the door lock so had to type the code in each time but otherwise everything was nice and easy. There’s a few cafes and stuff within a couple of mins walk for breakfast

It needs to be made clearer that the rooms are not En-Suite. The shower/toilet facilities were disgusting. I didn't stay in the room and actually paid for another hotel for the evening which indicates how bad it was

Very clean, comfortable and basic room/facilities. Shared bathrooms tidy and modern. Keyless door locks work well but does mean need phone at all times. It is a very basic room in a great location, exactly what I was after. Would recommend.

Very comfortable and perfectly located. Some areas are looking a little tired and it would have been good to have a proper working desk in the large bedroom I booked as I was in town for a course and was told I didn’t have access to the work spaces as a paying hotel guest.

This property did not look at all as advertised. The room was significantly smaller than photographed. It was barely enough space for two adults to stand up in. The room resembled a small shoebox. The floors were carpeted with several large stains. The bathroom was shared and wasn't even on the same floor as the room. Restroom was dirty due to other hotel occupants using it. There is no elevator so we had to carry our baggage up and down several flights of stairs. Outside the property were several trash bags on the street and people who appeared intoxicated. We stayed a total of ten minutes before leaving. We were unable to receive a refund for the 4 days we booked because it was non-refundable but It was well worth paying double for a different hotel.

Scary, bad value, poor service
Almost everything in the room was broken in some way; bed, light didn’t work, curtains covered in stains, carpets had a big cut in it, shoe rack, kettles cable was too short for pouring, tv broken. The room had NO air circulation. They provided a fan, which increased the heat in the room, if you open the window it was so noisy with homeless people outside. The website made it look like there were robes so you could get to the bathroom - there were not! I asked the staff to correct these issues, they did not! This is the worst room I have ever stayed in, and the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. I would recommend removing this business from your site. It was a joke! The system to enter the building and stay in felt unsafe. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!

DEMAND A REFUND
Hotels.com allowed me to book a CitySpace property (Borough) that had no availability. I had to walk over 1 kilometer to another property and still had to wait over 25 minutes for the hotel to get back to me to provide an access code to enter. I am a woman traveling solo and was out in the street exposed for 90 minutes total due to this severe inconvenience by hotels.com. The entire situation was a nightmare and I demand a refund.

This was a good value choice for a week in London. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The receptionist was particularly pleasant and helpful. However, the stairs were steep and the landings were in need of some care and attention.

In need of sprucing up and a deep clean
Rooms are shabby, shower plug hole was blocked / manky. No tv remote. No air-con, just a noisy fan. Not going back.

Hi YazidThanks for your feedback, i've looked at the history of your booking but can't see that you had any other room type booked other than a single with shared bathroom. You should contact expedia if your confirmation stated anything other than this.
