Good stay
My friend had a flood in the bathroom as the shower drains hadn’t been properly cleared of hair but overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if the roof terrace had lighting for it getting dark early other than relying on glow form the tv room or the corridor.

Good, but would be better if the rooms had aircon, or they had a fan for each room. We were there in a heatwave and it was very uncomfortable at night between the heat and humidity. Kettle in my room was broken and their were fairly scant instructions on how to work the combi microwave/oven. Having said that the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was good, it's an easy distance to the nearest tube station (which is in Zone 1) and there are shops nearby to stock up on breakfast/snacks

Steer clear from here!
Place looked nice when we got in but was right in front of a main road so was loud at all times of the day and night but was really hot and too stuffy to close the window. There was no tv to watch. We moved the mattress and found rubbish behind it and i also found a broked stud earing on the floor. Told the person on reception who didnt even apologise and just said "oh ok". Location was a bit of a walk from the tube station.

I like the location of this place. There is a bus stop right in front of he property which is very convenient. However, I find this “hashtag” company very misleading. They advertise this place as “hotel” but in fact it is only a student accommodation, more like a “hostel”. This place is not up to a hotel standard for many reasons.

Students ‘playing’ at running a hotel for summer
Location and price really good...however...customer service is quite poor. This is basically student accommodation that appears to ‘play’ at being a hotel in summer. The reception is manned by students, who are polite, but struggled with any enquiry that was not within their their checking in/out routine. The room was fine, apart from the shower not draining and almost flooding the bathroom. On reporting this to reception, I received a clueless response. The maintenance guy has only worked weekdays, the staff couldn’t work the computer system to change our room and the manager wasn’t on site. No practical solution was provided. Overall this was a cheap stay, so I haven’t given it a lower score. Be prepared to be frustrated by the reception ‘staff’.

STAY AWAY- the rooms are fairly nice, they have a courtyard and it is in a good location. So why stay away? Every night we stayed here the fire alarm went off sometime between 5-8 AM. The fire alarms are very sensitive and they're right in the kitchen; so they go off every day. Additionally, if you're staying for 5 nights they will charge you 5 pounds for new towels and never clean your room. We got here a little bit early and they charged us 20 pounds to check in to our room. Most of the hotel staff are friendly, but some of them are extremely rude. Again, it is a nice property, but very flawed. You can find better in this area for the same price and not be worked up by the piercing sound of fire alarms everyday.

You get what you pay for
Not the best area if you want to be close to touristy things. The rooms were a decent size but the noise was relentless and the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Hard as a rock.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with a very sore back for the duration of my vacation as a result. The floor drain in the shower was clogged, resulting in water leaking onto the floor when I showered. I had to mop it up with my bath towel and the bath mat. When I explained to front desk what happened and asked for fresh towels and mat, she had to ask her manager, informing me that they normally don't provide new towels. The kitchen countertop, teapot, and dishes were all sticky and dirty, as was the refrigerator. We had to wash everything before using them. And the website advertised an accessible laundry facility. However, when we asked about using it, we were told it was only for residents who were staying for an extended period. So, that is false advertising. And we were there for 5 days. I will never stay in this place again. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Would recommend, great stay
The stay was overall very pleasant. The room I was provided at the start had a bad smelling sink and the shower head was clogged. However the staff were very friendly and changed my room immediately when I asked for a new room. The one downside is that the rooms do not have a fan or an air condition. It was very hot. Also, they have a tv lounge and the highlight was the roof terrace which had a nice view and seating area. Great value for the price. Would recommend!

Great location and value for momey
These are student accommodations which are let in the holidays. but the location is great with tube, buses, shops and pubs near by.The room was clean and spacious and had cooking facilities and a fridge which was a bonus, but no TV. A small gripe was the drains smelt when you 1st used the water but this is because if the room is not used for a while the water evaporates from the U-Bends and lets the smell into the room. Easily sorted if they run the water before you check in they fill the u-bends in the waste pipes to stop the smell coming up from the drains. Also if it is hot and you have to sleep with the windows open there is a lot of traffic noise so may affect your sleep.

We arrived on 28th of July and checked in at 8pm after being travelling since 4am that morning. After having something to eat and a freshen up, we went to sleep. At 12:30am, we were woken up by a loud alarm. It took us a moment to realise it was the fire alarm. We grabbed our shoes and jackets and left the room. The corridor had other guests shouting and running towards the exit. This was a blessing in disguise as the place was an absolute maze. We quickly became increasingly panicked as people were hysterical and pushing each other out of the way. As we hit the area where the lifts are, we were met with a burning smell and an incredible heat. We ran past, down the stairs and evacuated the building. After about 20 minutes, the alarm was turned off and people started to filter back in to the building. With this we returned to our room and once we had calmed down, got back into bed. Then about 15 minutes later, the alarm went off again! We ran back down stairs and out the building. The scariest part now was only half of the guests came down, they probably assumed it was a false alarm. Again the alarm was turned off and without direction from staff, we filtered back up to our room. On the morning of the 30th of July, we AGAIN were woken by the fire alarm. Again we heard shouting outside our room and again we ran in blind panic for the exit. When we got to reception, the alarm was turned off. No explanation from staff and no direction during the evacuations!

Close to the tube station!
We booked 4 rooms at this hotel for one night, the reception staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful and checked us in quickly. As this is used as student accommodation for the university during term time the rooms are more like studios with double bed, desk area, kitchenette and bathroom. As far as cleanliness is concerned our rooms were clean but they could do with some TLC in terms of the kitchen and bathroom areas. For the price we paid we were overall very happy with our stay and we made full use of the games room and roof top terrace whilst we were there.

Great location, bus stops and tube station outside,clean rooms, beds are ok, not overally comfortable but do-able short term. Would NOT stay here over summer again though. It feels like an actual hot box, sleeping was a massive struggle in these rooms and there’s no fan to circulate the air.

Only spent one night here, OK for a short stay
Room big and comfy bed, room mostly clean and basic shower gel and shampoo provided which were sufficient. Communal rooftop area was the highlight of our stay, very nice views looking out to the London eye, very pretty to sit out at night. Plates are provided but no cutlery which is interesting as there is a fully kitted out kitchen, also no kettle or anything to use to wash up after ourselves, meaning having to leave our dirty pots on the side which felt rude to me. Also the fire alarm went off at 3am which turned off after around 30 seconds which obviously disturbed our sleep majorly, no explanation as to why this happened. Overall good value for money but just confused as to why there is a full kitchen but lacking utensils.

Booked an executive studio suite with city views and noted late check in. No signs and when arrived at 5am no one there or answering any phones. Made wait til 6.30am until we could get in. Got to room on first floor staring at a concrete wall. Shower HD no shower head, bed had urine stained sheets. Bathroom basin half pulled apart and a massive mouldy home ball clogging drain and stank out whole room. Mattress should have been thrown out it was that bad. Complained and was told cleaners would fix didn’t happen went back to reception they came to check room and then put us into another room. However then upon getting settled we realised that the toilet seat wasn’t actually attached to toilet. After telling reception and following up for 3 days in a row I was then told on the last day oh we aren’t ignoring you there are new seats on order so it won’t be done until they are in. Why put someone in the room then if it’s that defective?! Oh did I mention that the fire alarm which is at such a frequency it can’t be good for your hearing goes off at least 2 times a day.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. un solo set di asciugamani nonstante fossimo in due, abbiamo chiesto asciugamani extra, dopo qualche contestazione li abbiamo ricevuti. L’aria condizionata non c’è, ma visto il clima londinese non è indispensabile. Tv non presente e letto più piccolo del nostro matrimoniale, ma eravamo a conoscenza delle misure. Nonostante si trovi su una strada trafficata, con la finestra chiusa non so sente nulla. Due terrazze panoramiche al 5 e 7 piano. Cucina fornita di piatti e pentole.

Surpreendido positivamente. Todas as comodidades de um hotel, com a vantagem de ter adicionalmente uma cozinha completa, geladeira e um espaço para trabalhar, algo que era necessário na minha condição. Banheiro excelente e chuveiro sensacional. A localização é espetacular. Com um pouco de disposição para andar da pra ir a pé a London Eye. Do lado do metro, trem e tem ponto de ônibus em frente. Recomendo.

Hotelzimmer war sehr klein. Das ganze zimmer war auch sehr staubig & dreckig. Ich war 5 tage dort & sie haben unsere Bettlaken nie ausgewächselt. Dieses Hotel ist nicht empfälenswert.

De ligging is uitstekend. Metro dichtbij en bus voor de deur. In een half uurtje lopen ben je aan de Thames. Bij warm weer is het dakterras heerlijk. Een minpuntje is het lawaai (eigenlijk alleen als het raam open staat), maar waar heb je dat niet in Londen. Je moet het zien als een appartement, niet als hotel. Je moet zelf handdoeken halen bij de receptie, er worden geen bedden opgemaakt en er wordt ook niet gepoetst. Maar daarom betaal je ook minder.

안전지역 숙소 잡으세요!
방에 주방도 있고 넓고 괜찮은데 이게 학교 기숙사개념으로 지어진거라 호텔처럼 매일 청소같은거 없어요 청소 안해주시도 수건도 처음 들어갈때 한장 주는게 다예요 에어컨도 없는데 창문도 대각선으로 조금만 열리는 구조라서 바람도 잘 안들어오고 되게 더웠어요 그리고 주변은 해지면 못다니는 런던 위험지역이예요! 해지기 전까지는 사람 많아서 괜찮은데 저희는 여자 둘이였어서 어두워지기 시작하면 우버타고 숙소 바로 앞에 내리지 않는 이상 숙소 들어가는게 안전합니다. 돈 더 주고 안전한 지역 숙소 잡는게 좋아요

Posizione vicino al cuore della città ma scarsa o meglio inesistente pulizia, è immondizia ereditate dagli altri per poi non parlare degli asciugamani solo su esplicita richiesta sono state rilasciate nonostante la segnalazione tra scritta alla hall non venivano effettuate in 7 giorni di soggiorno.Personale gentile

Ok til prisen
God value for pengene i forhold til meget andet i London. Fordele: Personalet var venligt og der var en dejlig fælles tagterasse der var oplagt til morgenmad. Ulemper: Sengen var noget smal til to personer, håndklæderne noget små og der var ikke støvsuget i hjørnerne.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung für den Preis das Bett könnte etwas größer sein für 2 Personen etwas eng es gibt keinen Zimmer Service in der Umgebung gibt es aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Teller und Besteck vorhanden bei Ankunft war das Zimmer sauber uns hat es gefallen sehr zentrumsnah wenn es nochmal nach London geht evtl wieder dieses hotel wir sind sehr spät abends angekommen Flug Verspätung und der Mann im Hotel war sehr nett bei unserer späten ankunft

Sehr einfaches Studentenhotel in guter Lage zu Bus und U-Bahn. Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz, haben aber ein großes Manko. Die Sauberkeit. Im ersten Zimmer, das wir bekamen, lagen überall Krümmel auf dem Boden und Stühlen, ein Kaugummi klebte an der Wand und zur Krönung fanden wir ein Kondom auf der Fensterbank. Daraufhin beschwerten wir uns an der Rezeption und bekamen auch sofort ein neues Zimmer. Dieses wurde für uns extra nochmal gecheckt und war auch deutlich sauberer. Einziger dicker Minuspunkt hier, zwei Haare klebten an der Dusche an der Wand. Also auch hier wieder nicht ganz sauber. Insgesamt muss man auch sagen, dass die Zimmer etwas heruntergekommen sind. Ein paar Fettspritzer an den Wänden oder kaputte Holztürrahmen. Für das Geld kann man nicht viel erwarten aber sauber sollte es dann schon sein. Wenn es geht würde ich dieses Hotel meiden.

Bien conectado. Barrio tranquilo.
Lo malo: colchón fino y con resortes, cama de 1,40 m de ancho, pedí cambiar y me dijeron que eran todos iguales. Limpieza de habitación es cada semana. Si querés cambiar toallas son 5 libras. No hay olla o algo metálico para usar el anafe eléctrico. Lo bueno: Es tranquilo a pesar de ser grande, la habitación limpia al llegar y el hotel también (con la salvedad de que la limpieza, luego es semanal) y cómodo para dos, todo funciona, y es muy similar a las fotos.
