Always such a great place for us to get away with the kids, reset and catch up with friends who live in the area. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. And the cookies... don't get me started on those...

The surrounding area is unfortunately dirty and somewhat unsafe in my opinion. The drug problems in London are completely out of control, it appears to be worse than downtown Toronto which is really unfortunate for businesses. The area smelled like urine and filth. The hotel was great inside and the staff very great, very friendly and attentive. The food and service in the bistro was really nice as well.
