One of the better hostels in the Hyde Park area of London. Comfy bed and decent room.

All of the staff are very bubbly and welcoming, very tight not cosy place to stay.

Overcrowded, noisey, filthy, drug taking outside the property and inside, although there are 'no smoking' signs in place, some electric sockets unsafe. Only good comment I can say about this place is the excellent location; on the edge of Hyde Park, not far from city centre.

One word to describe this place: Trap. To start you get out of the subway station and you don't feel safe, just a feeling. When you get to this place you walk downstairs into a hall, at the beginning there's a door to your left, that's the "baggage storage" room, there's no control on that room, they give you the key, somebody can leave one piece of luggage there and take 10 if they want. A little bit farther on the left there's the check in front desk and on your right a tv room, I got there early around noon and luckily couldn't check in. There were 3 or 4 guys sitting on the tv room staring at me, obviously they are not tourists (who goes to visit London and sits to watch tv at noon?), this guys look they will steal a bar of soap if they have a chance. They don't have an assigned locker to each bed, they have some lockers on the "tv room", I saw them and they look you can fit about 3 or 4 laptops (without the case) on top of each other, that big. And that's the farthest I went, didn't stay there, spent the rest of the evening looking for a place to stay, so I can't tell you anything about the rooms or the showers, maybe the beds are super great, the showers super clean with good water pressure. I don't care, they can keep my money. You can call me prejudiced it's alright, if you don't believe my comment go there and find out by yourself.

STAFF, STAFF, and STAFF are amazingly fabulous. The kitchen is big, clean, and fully equipped. The chilling room is really good. The location is literally close to everything. Tube is just 2 mins walk. Definitely I will recommend this place and come back again.

The Hostel is clean. Smells nice. Friendly people and staff. The location is absolutely fantastic. I can tell they’re doing great with the maintenance and bringing the place up to date.

The only good thing about the hostel is the area. All the rest is bad. The photos on the website are so misleading, they could be 20 years old. The place is actually old and dirty.

Avoid this place. I stayed one night in a is small room with 3 bank beds; there was narrow space between beds so if I had larger suitcase it would not fit in the room; there is absolutely no space to hand clothes. Bathroom/shower were so disgusting!! I saw roaches in the night.

Good location, too many permanent residents with all of their worldly possesions in the room. No space to walk. It may not be a good idea to mix refugees with travelers. Some theft occured during my stay.

The hostel was close to my graduation at Imperial College. I felt the bathrooms weren't always as clean as they could be, especially the showers. But overall I had a lovely experience there.

The service was great, breakfast was okay for it's price and good location near a lot of restaurants and the metro. The bad things were that the bathrooms were always really wet (they should clean them often), also I saw a cockroach in one bed... And the last one which was not their fault I guess, is that the wifi wasn't working on my third day there.... Overall it was good for the price.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at this accommodation. It has a fantastic kitchen that you can cook and fridges to store food. and all the staff are very welcoming, its constantly cleaned and I mean cleaned. Every single member of staff work tirelessly and are always on hand too help if you need it, This has to be the best hostel in the area as I have heard bad reports about the others. I stayed in 4 bed dorm which was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. they have lockers for valuables near reception. I have left my stuff laying around and at no time I have felt wary doing this. The area surrounding has a vast number of bars and shops and plenty of places to eat. Great place to stay.
