awful service and dirty room
i got there and the room hadn't been cleaned since last guest, dirty bed sheets, towels. i arrived late as i didn't get a confirmation from accommodation and he to contact them at this point i was so tired i couldn't to cancel and rebook. But the service, accommodation standards were terrible even in the morning banging on door rudely to say they need to clean, even though i arrived to a dirty room no apologies or even compromise just rude. If i got there before i would if demanded a refund as couldn't even sleep in bed.

Not a great stay we couldn’t stay and went home
Unfortunately the property room that we were assigned was not up to an acceptable standard, unclean, tired and noisy. We left 30 min after arriving and drove home to Manchester as my young daughter did not want to sleep on her “bed”

Other guests left/arrived at 2am loudly. Cars on the street outside were racing and honking. Unbagged trash in the front yard and across the road. There was a delay in sending security code numbers (no SMS text) and had to contact Expedia Customer Service (who were great). I can’t recommend this property.

Presented well, but there cleanliness is questionable. There was mould in the bathroom. The bedsheets in my bedroom smelled funny a bad smell. Bed was comfortable which was a positive. There were stains on the floor of the bedroom

It was the worst place we could ever go to. There were food leftovers under the bed and a coke bottle. There were stains on the floor and on the curtains. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the bathtub had a big stain and you could not shower. The stairs were cracking as other guests were walking on them. We checked out immediately. And I've tried to reach them to get my depositon of £100 and they still hasn't answered. I do not recommend this to anyone!!

There was a good customer phone service who removed the obstacle of bad advertising On hotels.com should be clearly seen all conditions before payment. Such as hours of checking, deposits etc

Scruffy and unsafe
Access was difficult and stressful trying to get hdlp checking in late and alone! Had to keep knocking on the door and a kind guest let me in. Bed sheet was unclean, clearly hadn't been changed from previous guest. As there was noone around, it was 10pm, I had no choice. Noisy, uncomfortable bed meant I hardly slept. Worn, scruffy bathroom and shower broken. I felt vulnerable and unsafe.

Great stay and good value for money in a lovely residential area! The property was very clean and comfortable. I was sent the door codes before arriving, so getting in was very easy. Would stay here again.

After two failed attempts via message to obtain the instructions to enter room after hours, I had to call in during business hours and spoke to someone who mentioned Expedia had to have sent me the information. Expedia never sent me anything but I received an email with the instructions as soon as I spoke to him. From there on things were smooth. It’s about a 5 minute walk from train station. Used code to enter building and room. Its a very clean building and room with a clean shared bathroom.

Ok, but really loud when the guste next room put on loud music in the middle of the night, and no staff to contact. Shared toilet is not that nice, as i know from booking.

Très mauvaise expérience. Une heure avant le check in alors que nous sortirons de l'avion nous avons reçu un message de l'hôtel disant qu'il ne pouvait plus nous recevoir. Il nous a demandé d'annuler nous la réservation car ils avaient un problème technique. Nous avons du retrouver un hébergement de dernière minute a un prix beaucoup plus élevé. Ils ont par la suite refusé de nous rembourser en disant que nous avions annulé nous même, heureusement nous ne l'avions pas fait. Le remboursement a été plus que laborieux a obtenir. Attention, arnaque !

Positiv: gute Küche, ruhig, klein. Alles bestens. Umweltbewusstsein scheint in England nicht gross eine Rolle zu spielen. Alles in Plastik und kaum Recycling. Das ist aber nicht ihr Problem, sondern das der Politik! Danke für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
