Nice Apartment Close to Underground

My wife and I and several children (they had another apartment) stayed here for several days. We loved being able to cook both breakfast and dinner while in London to help save money. This was a very nice location in West Kensington and place to stay. I would stay here again with my wife again.

Great stay at Avonmore

This is a great place. Very comfortable and everything working great including internet which I really needed. The host was accommodating and gave us eating suggestions in the area. We left some earbuds behind mistakenly and when I emailed the host about it, he got right back to me and we were able to pick them up without a problem. From other places I've stayed in London, I'd have to say this was the best.

Comfy apartment in quiet location

Excellent communication from owner, who was very helpful with the questions we had. Not the owner's fault, but EXPEDIA description listed washer and dryer (only washer was in apartment) and TV in bedroom and living room (only in living room). Very enjoyable week.

Perfect for Convention at Olympia

Staid here for a conference at Olympia for a couple of days. Cannot beat the location for the price. We have staid at the Hilton Olympia multiple times because of the proximity to the convention center but the rooms are tiny. The Kensington Apts on the other hand has plenty of room for multiple people. Kitchen and Living room are pretty decent sizes, bathroom is great as well. They left an Iron and Ironing board in the closet just in case you are to need it. Very satisfied with this stay

Excellent, spacious alternative to a hotel

Met by a very pleasant representative who had plenty of time for us and asked us if we needed advice about travel and the local area. He gave us the feeling that nothing was too much trouble. We requested some extra blankets as it was a cold day, which were dropped off later, but we didn't need them anyway as the radiators were fully adjustable and the flat was warm. Excellent facilities in the kitchen. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were good quality and firm. Little extras were a nice touch and gave the flat a hotel feel: shower gel, soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, tissues, plenty of toilet roll, bottled water, chocolates and a tea/coffee/biscuit set. We have stayed in several 5 star London hotels and, for my money, this is superior because of the extra space to relax in.

Well located professional apartment

We stayed in the Basement level apartment for a holiday in order to be close to Central London and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and Tomasz gave us all the necessary information about the apartment. We didn't use it too much but the tv reception wasn't good at all, but the wifi was good.

Easy accommodation

We arranged by phone to meet the concierge for the key handover. This was perfectly smooth. The apartment is on a quiet street and reasonably spacious. The kitchen was a fine size open plan with dining and seating areas. There was a good sized fridge. The only downside was a rather noisy (macerator) when the bathroom was used, but this was minor. I recommend as a good value place to stay.

Great apartment, walking distance to Olympia Stadi

Perfect apartment; phone call in advance to arrange meet with key at my convenience, lovely spacious apartment with great outdoor space for summer time. Clean and fresh throughout. Will definitely book again.
