Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Property with Potential

The overall location was good. Not far from public transportation and food. Property was newly remodeled; however, it isn't used alot so the backyards was completely covered with cobwebs. The toilet in the main bathroom didn't flush and we only had hot water on day 1! Maintenance was slow to respond and came the evening before we checked out. There were outlets that had no power and the iron didn't work! On a positive note, it had ever American appliance in the kitchen that you could think of (we only cooked once) and there was plenty of space. It sleeps 6-7 people comfortably but one of the beds on the top floor is a toddler bed which wasn't communicated. With a few minor changes and a company to ensure the property is working properly, it will make an AMAZING property.
