Amazing Stay but Confusing Check In

Amazing stay! Only downside was it was extremely confusing finding the parking for the building and arranging access upon check in.

Great stay few minutes walk from London Stadium West Ham Premier League team home ground.

A well designed and located facility on the edge of the Olympic park. The rooms are well appointed and the bathroom is spotless

5泊しましたがバスタオルの交換がしてもらえなかった。フロントは別会社のようで、どこに言えばいいかわからず、5日間同じものを使いました。また、20時以降はチェックイン不可というのが不便でした。予約を完了したあとにその記載をみつけ、到着の3日前に飛行機の都合でやむ終えずチェックインが21時頃になるとメールでお知らせしましたが、返事がありませんでした。当日、なんとかチェックインできましたがペナルティーとして1000ポンド払いました。事前に確認したかったです。 その他は部屋が清潔、周辺が静か、ベッドの固さがちょうどよく、満足でした。

Overnight stay

Great apartment, very tidy and clean with plenty of space and a decent private bathroom! Short walk to Stratford station so close to Westfield shopping and right across the road from the Olympic Stadium. I would recommend.

Strange set up, You have to phone an hour before arrival so that someone can meet you at the venue. Essentially a room in a residential building, so no access to anything apart from room. Room was clean and tidy, however, not very sound proof from nearby residents. At the price point it will suit some people, but it's not for me.

Wonderful stay

I was greeted by a lovely man called Assif who carried my bags up and gave me a warm welcome check in , room was spacious , clean and comfy also within ten minutes walk from Stratford . Lovely stay I would stay again !

Wir waren insgesamt drei Nächte dort. Die Lage war super, alles war zu Fuß erreichbar und Busse waren auch direkt dort. Obwohl eine Bahn direkt neben an war, hat diese nicht gestört.

No air conditioner

Good Location. Nice and clean room. Tiny room in a flat. No air conditioner, making it extremely hot. If you open the sliding door/window then you will be up all night due to the train noises from outside. Too much hassle to collect the key. We waited 10 mins for the staff to come get us and they ask you for £50.00 deposits for damage (which was not mentioned prior to booking). If we had known this we would not have booked the room.

Clean but questionable 'City Views'

Basic clean property, my only concern is it didn't have the city views it claimed to have in the room description and confirmation email. I didn't book the room for the city views so it wasn't a deal breaker, but just don't advertise it if you don't have it.

Very nice room

Very nice room, had everything I needed. Stunning view of the city in the night. The shared bathroom was spotless. 15 min walk from the train station and tube station. The staff was very helpful.

basic little room with shared toilet with excellent view BUT - NO PILLOWCASES on PILLOWS!!! Seriously! How disgusting is that!??

Never again

In short I would never book a room like this again. The check in by Ana was very good and the room itself absolutely fine but.... The room was one of 3 rooms in a 13th floor flat overlooking the Olympic Park with its associated train tracks and hence noise. Thankfully I had an en suite bathroom as the other rooms had to use the shared bathroom off the hall. The noise from the other people coming and going kept waking me up as did the trains outside so I did not have a good nights sleep. To check out I had to get my car out of the secured parking, find somewhere to leave it then return to the room to leave the keys in the bedroom. Not ideal, in fact very stressful. My stay made me feel like a University student in a house share!

poor quality

poor quality apartment, tired, smelt, and really was not worth the money - would have been better to book a suite at local hotels. The price was probably relevant during the olympics, but not now.
