Premier Inn Aldgate is a really great location, near Brick Lane with its vintage shops and restaurants, to Spitalfields market, and more. The hotel is clean but not sterile, and very quiet. I booked on short notice and got a room with an accessible bathroom, but I can't really rate that of course. I tried the breakfast one morning when I got up early enough and they have both hot and cold items...you pay just 2 euros more for the hot stuff, like fried eggs, beans, sausages and the like.

Our young kids stayed with us in the same room, and the room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. A value for money for what we paid. The English breakfast buffet was decent and the kids ate for free as well.

The Room was clean except for a stray French fry under the side table. I like this premiere so much more than the travel lodge closer to Tower Bridge. No funky odors. No rats. And a clean and functional bathroom. Service was superb. Price was right as well. If I have to be in this area again. I’d stay here.

The location was excellent, close to transportation and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London. The local restaurants were great. A little under staffed and some attention needed on housekeeping. Other than that, we felt safe and the staff that was available went out of their way for us. Would go back again, definitely…

Great location (short walk to Aldgate East station), good amenities (e.g. electric kettle), but two issues I will highlight- - After clean up, they replaced two towels with one, and that means for the 2nd towel I had to go all the way down to reception to collect it. This happened twice. For a double room, why can't you just give two towels? - In the last day, they didn't refill the coffee sachet. I went all the way down to reception, and they also failed to provide the same, saying out of stock

Familienzimmer gerade so ausreichend im 4. Stock für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder mit 9 und 12 Jahren. Kein Safe, kein Schrank für Kleider nur eine winzige Garderobe, kein 2. Nachttisch am Doppelbett. Keine Klobürste vorhanden. Es gibt nur einen duschkopf der für Kinder nicht gut nutzbar ist wenn man klein ist, es fehlt quasi eine Handbrause. Badewanne sehr hoch zum einsteigen.Leider kein deutsches TV, aber das geht ja über Laptop oder Handy. Frühstücksbüffet bei 7 Tagen immer gleich, aber im Grunde ausreichend. Zu Stoßzeiten dauert es zu lange beim nachfüllen des Buffets.Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit.Klar macht man sightseeing, aber es fehlt irgendwie eine Möglichkeit sich außerhalb des Zimmer aufzuhalten. Die Lage zur Aldgate East Station und Restaurant, Supermarkt und tower of London bzw. Tower bridge ist gut.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Es gab aber zu wenig Möglichkeiten, die Kleider zu verstauen. Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch war in Ordnung, jedoch wurden Handtücher nicht entsprechend der Personenzahl bereit gelegt. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Anbindung an zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen in 5-8 Min. Laufentfernung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Glutenvrij ontbijt wordt apart bereid. Het duurt even, maar dat is omdat ze voor het bereiden alles schoon maken. Wel handig om dan alles in 1x te bestellen. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het eten bij het steakhouse was ook heerlijk en glutenvrij mogelijk.
