Easy access from the highway. Excellent staff, very congenial. Nice breakfast area. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Elevators could be updated.

The front staff were so helpful. I even received an upgrade! It is a very convenient location with wonderful facilities and near plenty of take out food.

I assigned RM 319 which was completely unacceptable. There was icing on the remote, on the couch, the pull out couch cover was stained and there were lots of crumbs and garbage under the cover. The toilet had black sticky stuff on it and there was no phone in the room. I went to the reception to complain and was told it would be cleaned. A nice gentleman came up about 20 min later and helped me move to another room that was much better. Later around 11:45pm the alarm in the room adjoining to mine went off and there was no one there to turn it off. I called reception and someone came to turn it off. There was NO WIFI either and I know this because neither myself nor the other people were were traveling with could find the signal of the hotel. It was a satisfactory experience but after all of that inconvenience , I would have expected some compensation but there was none. Not worth $180.

DONT STAY HERE!! stayed for 2 days and the one room was not proper so had to pay an upcharge of 35 bucks and then be moved between our stay well having hockey tournaments and games... our second room seemed fine until we moved our bags during the DAY and there was cockroaches running everywhere. The hotel refused to refund me my money for both nights.. if theres roaches in day running around then they are everywhere and considering we were moved to a different room but on same floor im going to take a wild guess and say all the rooms have roaches!! Inwas extremely disgusted and now I have to toss all my belongings and have my sons hockey stuff dry clean and steamed to ensure there is no roaches coming home to our house. Very mad they wouldnt refund both nights as I showed the front desk the roach well it was STILL moving!! Very gross hotel. Will never go back and advise other to not book here unless you want bugs to bring home

Love staying here because of the kitchen and sofa area plus a bed. Have stayed here several times before. This time we were there for 2 nights and were really disappointed that housekeeping did not come in. They are doing renovations so there are a couple of things in the room that need a refresh. However these things do not outweigh the positives of the staff that we encountered. Also the lobby and breakfast area are really nice!

It was a quite even with some renovations happening, this hotel was awesome with all our kids including the fur babies. Staff was excellent, always ready to help. Made sure we had everything we needed when in the breakfast room. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is under renovation to revitalize the space but you wouldn’t even notice as everything was still operating and quiet. Breakfast was good, nothing special and the social hour dinners on Monday-Wednesday were a nice surprise. The food was good, different each night.

This is now our go-to when in London. One of the few hotels with option for 3 beds. Great hot breakfast included, was even better this trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a good stay here. The walls are kinda thin and I heard a lot of different noises but other than that the breakfast was fantastic and the service was good.

This was great for our grandson’s hockey tournament , included breakfast which was great. Only complaint is they didn’t empty the garbage at all. We were there for three nights. I understand if they don’t come in and clean but at least empty the garbage

Room too cold. It is winter and we cannot increase thermostat setting in room. Checked in at 11pm and only stayed overnight so didn't bother to call front desk to have maintenance look at it in the middle of the night.

The property manager Unlock the door and accused us. Oh, I'm smoking. And we were only there for a Four hours. We never got our 350 deposit. We never got our two hundred dollars For that day and new event to schedule Tuesday. The 45 days so worst motel ever

We booked a 2 room suite, and the day of we were called to say it was unavailable. We were provided adjoining rooms at no extra cost. The kids loved having their own space. The hotel was conveniently close to the highway as well as many nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. I rated the cleanliness at 4 stars simply because the pool was a bit cold and cloudy. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

The pool was ice cold. The rooms could have been a bit more clean and we could never get the rooms above 68*F which was annoying. We loved breakfast. There was a great selection and any questions I had about allergies were answered. Room size was fantastic and we really liked the layout. We would come back and stay again at the right price.
