I assigned RM 319 which was completely unacceptable. There was icing on the remote, on the couch, the pull out couch cover was stained and there were lots of crumbs and garbage under the cover. The toilet had black sticky stuff on it and there was no phone in the room. I went to the reception to complain and was told it would be cleaned. A nice gentleman came up about 20 min later and helped me move to another room that was much better. Later around 11:45pm the alarm in the room adjoining to mine went off and there was no one there to turn it off. I called reception and someone came to turn it off. There was NO WIFI either and I know this because neither myself nor the other people were were traveling with could find the signal of the hotel.
It was a satisfactory experience but after all of that inconvenience , I would have expected some compensation but there was none. Not worth $180.
