"Tried to contact the hotel multiple times before the stay. So did hotels . Com but they didn't respond at all. Whilst at the hotel, the air con Unit in the room was not secured to the wall properly so rattled and moved and kept us awake. Credit to the staff who handled it the next day with no issues. ..."
