"My room was clean and comfortable, though it could use a little updating in terms of the colors and the carpet. It was fine for my one-night stay. I did sleep very well. The staff was excellent. So very friendly, helpful and attentive! They had a really good breakfast, which I enjoyed. I would definitely stay there again because it has an airplane in the front yard! Very nostalgic! That makes it easy to find! The staff there is its best asset!"

"We come every year in October for House on the Rock Darkside. This is the perfect hotel for that. Close drive but near some food and stores. Always friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfy beds.
