"My experience was short lived, simply cause I booked a 'spur of the moment' one night stay, due to needing a room closer to the Wedding event. I checked in, paid with my cashapp overpay option and paid the first of 4 installments. When I arrived back home on Friday, that specific hotel in Sayre, Oklahoma billed my cashapp card for $150. I already paid an installment to overpay, so I called them. After talking to the front desk they directed me to "customer service". They couldn't find me having stayed there anywhere. Told me to email 'reservations@hotelplanner.com'. I did this repeatedly with the same response of "We can't find you in our systems to have stayed here" but now I'm paying over $300 for a supposed $119 one night stay. Im disabled and not rich and idk how to get anyone from Wyndam to help me. Saddest part is I used to work for them (in Arkansas, not same location) and our location would never have treated a guest in such a dismissive manner."
"Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. The photos online are NOT of this facility. False advertising & I am reporting this to the State of OK AG"
"The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen "
