"We stayed for the Jeep Barricade GTD weekend and our stay at the Hotel was a pleasant one. The office staff when we checked in on Friday night was very welcoming. The front desk gentleman came up and fixed our TV (it was froze up & we wanted to unwind after our long drive). The maintenance man showed up right away when we had an issue in the room. The breakfast served was Great & kitchen staff were friendly."

"room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. tv is a hospital-style monitor, but has a dvd player built in and they have an assortment on a shelf in the lobby you can watch. sound travels in this old building, so you’re able to hear neighbors above you and on your floor walking around and using the showers/bathroom. they do provide earplugs in the room, but if you’re sensitive to this, it may not be for you. otherwise, the shared bathrooms/showers were clean and stocked. there was free coffee/tea 24/7 in the lobby, however we were unable to figure out where the morning coffee mentioned in the room notes was located (different than the lobby coffee). parking was not an issue, even during the farmer’s market on sunday. the hotel is in walking distance of pretty much everything you could want to do!"

"The only problem is the same problem most places in Astoria have, traffic noise until late and it starts again early. Most rooms have a quieter room away from the road and a noisier room in front, so you can adjust things to figure out your best assignments. "
