"The room was very clean and about average size. WiFi worked very well. The bed was comfortable. There was not a lot of water pressure in the shower but plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very basic with not many choices. I would stay here again if in the area."

"The Gateway Inn was a good place to stay. The room was very clean. The check-in was seamless. The Inn is right off 95N in Medway. The Inn accepts pets. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is skimpy, likely worse than you were hoping for or expect. If you have a back problem, you may wish to test the bed or beds first, then ask for another room if not satisfied. Beds can be a bit soft; if you need a firm mattress, ask for one."

"Easy to find, convenient parking. Helpful staff. 24/7 convenience store and gas station next door, so essentials are covered. Close to Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. Staff was friendly, helpful. Under new management, sign said, 2026."

"Property was kind of run down.. Pool was nice just needs a light. Pool area seemed clean.. Just had a hint of sewerage in the main/common areas. Breakfast was disappointing, only breads, yogurt, milk & cereal. Room seemed clean. Jacuzzi tub felt nice. The staff were very nice and accommodating with letting us check in early with no extra charge. Overall, I can see this place having so much potential.. Just needs some time, love and care."
