"Room nice and clean. Very comfy bed. Very nice breakfest 15-25$ per person per dish. No bufet as they do only when hotel is more occupied then 30%. Gym, sauna swimming pool also nice. Took off card 500$ for deposit, didn't mentioned before booking. Hopefully will return🤔"

Valet parking was EXTREMELY helpful because we had no idea where we were going in the first place and weather was bad so it was great that we didn’t have to worry about the parking situation at all. "I would like to start my review by highlighting the outstanding staff at this hotel. From the van drivers(Raffat, Randy and Leo ) to the housekeeping team, everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. A special thank you goes to Katie, the General Manager. She was truly exceptional—her customer service went above and beyond, and she is an absolute gem. Holiday Inn is very lucky to have someone like her leading the team . The hotel itself was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal, and the free shuttle to the Mall of America was incredibly convenient. The complimentary daily breakfast was another great feature. The ladies who took care of the breakfast area did an amazing job, ensuring food was replenished quickly and the space was always clean and organized. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a huge plus when traveling with two boys. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the Dove products provided were an added bonus—absolutely loved them! We had an amazing five-day vacation in Minneapolis and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for such an OUTSTANDING stay! "
