"Stylish, clean, convenient 1 BR apartment on the south end of downtown. Easy walk to the Convention Center, Nicollet bus mall, and Loring Park. I didn't take advantage of any of the extra building amenities (fitness room, pool, etc.), but they looked nice!"

"Very well maintained and well staffed hotel. Pleasant and helpful front desk, people, quick enthusiastic service at the bar/restaurant. Clean common areas, elevators, and hallways. Executive suite was relatively nicely appointed, although some features showed wear such as tables and bathrooms. Only hiccup had to do with housekeeping, apparently you must request for them to change your bedding(?) I left a tip out for them in anticipation of their arrival, and when I got back to my room, the only thing that let me know they had been there was some new towels in the bathroom. Bed was still unmade, crumbs, and dust remained as before. When I inquired at the front desk about why the bed wasn’t made, they told me they had seen no request for the bedding to be changed. This was my first time hearing of this as an elective service rather than an included part of a very short list of housekeeping. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a letdown in a suite. Overall, the very nice day in a hotel I have stayed before and will probably stay in again."
