"I called ahead to make sure I would have a ground floor room for personal reasons. The grounds are dirty. The room is filthy. I’m sleeping on top of the covers and that’s still not the worst thing the thing that makes me the most furious is the fact I got lied to. I know what I’m booking when I book anything like a Motel 6 I know what to expect. It’s a roadside motor Inn it’s no it’s not supposed to be anything fancy and it definitely hits a cheap price point but even taking all that into consideration the experience at this location is inexcusable.
