Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. "Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. "First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops.
