"The room was very clean and everything updated, the beds very comfortable . The elevator working properly but I’ll guess it need to be updated and clean ! The swimming pool very clean , we did love it. The only down for us was they advertised breakfast included and we quickly found out it was not provided, when show them the ad the only thing they said they will updated in the site to no breakfast included. The staff was some how ok! I’ll guess for the price it was good !"

"Friendly staff Popsicles and champagne s we got in Everything was nice and super clean Bedroom had a nice view and clean and comfortable beds. Purchase breakfast and food was really good. Beach is across the street, Private beach access on a partner hotel (I believe) 2 minutes drive,8 minutes walk or shuttle that goes back a forward Like 5 minutes walk to Armand’s circle "

"Very pleasant and helpful staff. Loved the old charm Florida vibes. We felt it was a safe and convenient area. Nice seating space outside with beautiful tiled tables. The room and bedding was fresh and clean. It was nice having a shower with hot, strong water pressure, which was great! Loved having the spacious living room and kitchen with small dining table. There were a few things that need updating, but overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay again."

"The food at the restaurant was excellent the room was very big the bathroom was small and needs refurbishing some of the staff were wonderful the check-in and checkout people not the nicest"

"Check in and check out was a breeze, staff at both instances were spot on customer service professionals. Breakfast offered something for anyone to enjoy and was appreciated. A/C worked amazing and kept me just right all night. My only concern was both the sink and the bathtub were draining very slowly. At one point the shower was around my ankles, that’s not acceptable, sink held about 1/3 a bowl before having to turn off faucet. I was in room 209 for reference on May 8th. Lastly the porcelain tub was showing a good section of rusting on the outer wall up and over to the drain. Overall I wouldn’t have mentioned any of this but at $269 price point I expect not to have these issues. "

"This is not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to come downstairs to have fresh coffee available instead of having to purchase it. I didn’t purchase anything from the breakfast menu so I can’t rate that. "
