I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and St Regis is one of the absolute BEST! It’s the small details of how they cater to you from the moment you drive on the property. Smooth transition from arrival, to check in, to check out. What stood out the most to me, which is something so simple, but they have the best turndown service of any hotel brand. I would recommend 100x and I cannot wait to return"
