"Excellent campsite, the perfect size for us as we are not a fan of large campsites. It is was fairly quiet and the accommodation (we stayed in a cabin) was clean, modern and reasonably well spaced. It was very well equipped and little items like a dish cloth and washing liquid ect just make the difference. It is just a really well done site. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Our 3 year old loved the pool."

"Hotel was holding a large separate function which initially meant we were denied a table in the restaurant - we were on a cycling tour, staying one night, so this was frustrating after a long day's ride. However, on reflection, we were granted a table. Food was superb, facilities were great, once the initial restaurant hurdle was over, we found the staff friendly and helpful."

"The property was lovely. Great location overlooking the Loire River. Audrey was wonderful when we checked in. She helped us get a dinner reservation for our first night and we were able to walk. Wish the restaurant had been open, but that canโ€™t be helped. Breakfast was delicious on property. We felt like the wines in the bar were a little overpriced based on what we bought from the local vineyards. Lovely area to visit. Everyone we met were very friendly. "

"This is a very stylish hotel in every respect. A beautiful building has been sympathetically converted into a small luxury hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the extras such as towelling dressing gowns and lovely soaps shampoos moisturiser etc. Dinner was the bistro menu and we could not have asked for a more delicious small menu, beautifully prepared and presented. Breakfast was outstanding too, including homemade jams and the best scrambled eggs I can remember! Our dogs were made welcome...

"Restaurant service needs to improve. Dinner service was very slow and we had to ask twice for drinks, they just totally forgot about it. However food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was poor, not worth the price. We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. "
