We had a fabulous weekend, the room was very clean and spacious, the room we stayed in was very active with spirits. I would love to stay again

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It was dirty and trash everywhere. We booked 2 nights but ate the cost on it because there was no way I was staying there.

Bathroom came with a plunger, tub was so slippery, I had to go to the office to get towels and wash clothes, carpet was stained and nasty looking air conditioning could not be adjusted so cold and uncomfortable, carpet was so stained and looked filthy, smell was awful thank GOD I always travel with a bag with Clorox wipes air freshener and more! Furnishings were falling apart! Had to reset a plug after using the hairdryer to get the light to come back on over the sink! This place probably has not seen a Reno in years! Nothing to display the time! Parking lot was not well lit! It was just a poor excuse for a travel accommodation!

Friendly staff, terrible rooms

Check in was easy, staff were friendly. Room was filthy, bathroom was filthy. Holes in walls, door not secure, some kind of feces in the air conditioner. We didnt stay, staff refunded money with no issue.

This hotel is trash. We checked into two rooms just to find small roaches r bedbugs everywhere. Talked with the manger and he refused to give us our money back. Absolutely terrible experience.
