Worst room ever

Other then a construction crew cutting drilling and banging right out side my room on the bottom floor kids running around outside screaming bed was wore out room was dusty I couldn’t stay there worst room Iv ever had

Go to Longview don't stay here

Overall it was just terrible. Kill a roach on the wall when we first check in. Had no hot water the next morning for shower. Other guess where just noise all night. Would suggest driving to Longview to stay and will never stay at this motel again.

Disappointed

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely. This is really a motel, not a hotel. Pretty sure the furniture and curtains are older than my grandmother! Dusty, musty, temperature was locked at 68° during a cold freeze. Room was not warm enough, blankets were not warm enough. Very low quality.

Good value, pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised because we typically do 3-4 star hotels but Gladewater doesn't give you many options. It was our first time traveling with a dog and I really liked that the floors were not carpeted. Overall, it smelled clean and served it's purpose. We were on the first floor and luckily, I don't think anyone was above us. I feared floor noise from above but we didn't have any. It was mostly quiet but a few loud people at the other end of the building.

Could have been worse lol

Was ok . Profile pictures showed pool .there was no pool. My door didnt shut properly had to learn to slam it the sheets on the pull out were dirty not clean ,the pillows and bed were horrible. But looked way better then everything else in town

The phone in the room didnt work. When I told the lady who checked me in, she just stood there and shrugged her shoulders. I asked for a functioning phone, but didnt get one.
