"Nice hotel, convenient for the station, right by a good shopping mall. The #8 bus took me around town, all the way to Clifton. Bristol is a cool destination, lots to do and see. I enjoyed returning to the Moxy at night and relaxing in their excellent bar"

"Hotel isn't old but looks very tired - bathrooms are dark and dingy, furniture in the rooms looks tatty. It might be clean but doesn't look it. Breakfast is plentiful but poorly cooked - and this isn't just for this stay, but regularly eggs are undercooked, bacon and sausages are undercooked. It's all just a bit poor! Wen i started staying here - 10ish years ago it was excellent. Those standards have slipped."

"The hotel needs a lot of attention. It is scruffy at best. My room was in dire need of redecoration, a thorough clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom needs a real good clean too. Breakfast was very basic - continental style only. All-in-all, a very disapointing stay."

"What a fantastic location. Hotel is in a prime location. Warm welcome. Rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast choice was lovely we both enjoyed it. It’s fantastic the hotel link to the multistory carpark. "
