The front desk staff was accommodating and helped us throughout our entire visit. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a ton of selections. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!! "

"Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spotless. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Can't beat the location as you are a couple minutes walk to the harbor, the Cathedral, dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, Old Town, etc. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop terrace. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Palma"

"My second visit to the hotel in two years. It's in a great position for watching the movements in the marina (def recommend a premium room with sea view). So clean with e everything you need. I can't comment on food as I always eat out and for that I can highly recommend places in Santa Catalina behind the hotel, or the short 20 walk to the old town. Bus line number picks up from just behind the hotel (5 min walk) for a nice trip to Cala Major or Ses Illetes. Overall I highly recommend and will be back soon. "

"The hotel was fantastic and all services met with my approval. The staff were all very professional and friendly . The room was very clean and had all the mod cons . I didn’t use the plunge pool on the roof . The hotel is centrally located but not ideal for parking . "
