"Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. You surely can tell the pride they take in their hotel and positions. The rooms was nice, however they could use a mattress upgrade badly as it was not comfortable unfortunately. A nice firm pillow top would do the trick! The breakfast was well stocked and tasty with a good coffee selection. The manager was extremely connected to his staff and was always checking in with his guest. Id recommend this Hampton Inn! 5☆!!!!!"

"everything was clean and vert comfortable. Front desk courteous, complimentary breakfast fresh, good and plentiful. Our toom smelled very musty, not sure if this is because our room was bext door to the indoor pool, pluus our room had a large jetted tub! otherwise our stay was perfect!"

"This is a very convenient location for the Mystic Lake Amphitheater, the room was cleaned well even though they were short staffed, the breakfast was mid but an okay perk, the parking lot was plenty big. The staff were all amazing, helpful, and kind. Check-in was a breeze and we even got into our room a couple of hours early which was so helpful for a concert that started at 3pm. Really my only complaint would be mowing/weed whacking at 730am right outside my window and the loud highway traffic. A nice added perk would be a shuttle to and from the amphitheater :)"
