"The front desk person was incredible helpful, We had a difficult situation because in Orlando a lot of flights were cancel for bad weather and they help us to get a room at 7:30 AM to take a rest"

"Stayed two nights after flight was cancelled. We did not have our luggage with toiletries, staff took care of the basic needs. Hotel very nice, our room was on the highway interchange of about 20 lanes of traffic, so we did have some highway din, but it did not effect our sleep. Staff overrode our checkout time to a later time as our flight did not leave until 8pm. EVERYONE on staff were wonderful. Area around the hotel had a decent amount of restaurants to chose from, and was clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again."

"The internet pictures look great but however the property needs upkeep. I've stayed here more than 10 times last year because I live in Tampa but have season tickets to the Orlando Magic. Yes, it's close to Kia Center and I love Doubletree hotels. However, the view from room 1126 was horrible. They need to clean the windows because u cannot even see the pool. The carpet has a smell, & the thermostat had to be put on 64 or the AC isn't going to work. Plus, there's a humming & buzzing sound all night from it. I couldn't really sleep from the sound. The bed pillows are flat, I asked for extras. The staff doesn't know what's going on in the hotel. I stayed here before & received a comp for parking, but the staff says they never ever comped for parking, which I know is a lie, but now I look like a liar when I mention it. On the way to the pool is a smoker's container for cigarette butts. Its new to me so I asked was the pool area designated for smokers & they said there's no smoking up there! So, I asked, then why is there a smoking container? To make it even funnier a custodian heard my question and informed the front desk that there's in fact a smoker's container up there indicating you can smoke there and she sees people smoke there all the time! They were startled. And then there was the pool. It was dirty and had leaves and particles floating around. Needless to say, I didn't get in. I am currently searching for other hotels in the area because this was my last visit here. "

"Pool service during the day is non-existent. Not great if you’re there to relax or vacation. Also no one play the piano on Bosendorfer lounge! Unbelievable. We were there for 4 nights"
