Property was in need of a reno, all very shabby and tile grouting was in need of a clean. Carpet was well vacuumed but very grubby. At about $100 night I suppose the price reflected the state of the room. Towels were nice!

For the price you pay this place is a dump to say the least. Upon arrival you call a number and told someone will come down to give you a key. We stood outside and a man came down, handed a key a walked away. Rude and just an unpleasant experience.

A very dated motel where we couldn’t really relax. The decor was very old and could do with a good lick of paint. Wouldn’t stay here again

If you're looking for a basic room, at a good price this is it. The rooms are dated and very basic, albeit clean. Parking is very tight, would be fine for a small car, but otherwise there is not much room to fit or turn around.

It was way to expensive for what we had. Office not open paid for a spa that didn’t work. One cup for me and my wife to share.

Dirty, outdated & horrible!! Not 4 star as listed on Expedia…scam! Paid over $300 to stay here..be warned it is a massive rip off!! I would give it half a star only because there were clean sheets on the grotty bed other than that this place needs a full renovation or be knocked down! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE not here is the best advise I can give!

When we arrived there was a sign on the door with a phone number. we are travelling from another country and do not have access to a phone. We found a staff a member, barely spoke english, but was helpful, our room smelled and we ran out of toilet paper and had to knock on the neighbours door as we couldn't find staff.

we asked for a ground floor room because of a recent minor injury, not wanting to face stairs. The room was obviously geared for the disabled, which is fine, but the couch was unusable, the kitchen cupboards falling apart, bed just acceptable. Chairs at the table of poor quality. Why should any disabled person have to accept substandard accommodation?

It was a double room but there was only 1 small plate, no teaspoons 1 water glass and 1 wine glass. The reception was closed the whole time with a note on the door saying ring for check in. I felt expensive for what is was. Liz Culling

This place is one of the worst I have been in Aust. The reception is smelly and dirty. In the first second of entering the reception I was turned off. The carpet in the room have sigaretts burnt marks everywere. The place is dirty and smelly. Will never recommend this place to anyone. It a bad score to Expedia. It is a real shame you advertise such place on your app.

No doona, just crusty old blankets
Not worth it. We wont be back. Bed was as hard as the floor, there was no doona, just a sheet and a bed runner, had to get the old crusty smelly blankets out of the cupboard.

Below average accommodation, room wasn’t cleaned very well with high to reach areas being forgotten about for a while (rat poo on window sill) and ceiling fan completely blocked, Stains all over bathroom tills with mould on the glass, Stains all over carpet, No service attendants for checkout

We arrived and looked at the room for about 15mins and decided to cut our losses and stay somewhere else. The room was very average, there was an old air conditioner on the wall that you couldn't reach without standing on the kitchen sink, the other option for heat was an tiny plug in heater in the floor. It had clean sheets the rest of the room was run down and out of date. Graffiti on the bedhead, mould growning in the tile grout.
