"We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again! "

"Initial access to the lobby is very difficult. I had to find a random guest to provide me with access to the lobby. After that issue, I loved the stay! It was a great hotel!! I would love to stay here again!!"

"All good things here. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Desk and housekeeping staff always kind and helpful. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with views of city and distant mountains and elegant table side preparation of several dishes. Finish with Crepes Suzette for an amazing desert and show. Le Pain Quotidian is another dining option right next door. We usually went in for coffee and pastry but had full breakfast on one occasion, which was excellent. Very nice big park with water features, walking paths, athletic track, benches and picnic tables. Not walkable to Centro, but easy $4 Uber. I know I am leaving a lot out - can't say enough good things about this Radisson Hotel. Expectations exceeded. "
