"Perfect location everything in walking distance. Room was quiet and bed was good. Breakfast buffet was decent but not as good as our other hotels in Spain."

"We had a good stay here, some of the floors were done up but not ours, room was dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Prior to our stay our plans had changed unexpectedly due to reasons beyond our control. We approached the hotel trying to change our date for a much cheaper and less popular one, we did not ask for a refund of difference or anything like this and the hotel repeatedly refused us without listening or considering the situation. The funny thing is they could have made a lot of money off this and make us happy but they chose not to, unnecessarily. Expedia tried to change their mind but this didn't help either. This forced us to stick with the original booking. We will avoid booking with this hotel chain again."

"Just a great experience - fantastic communication, the location was super central to everything (no taxis required!) and the host was just so helpful. We could not recommend it enough!"

"Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night. "
