Great place to stay at LA. It is very hard to find such a place with this decent price and location. Parking is not free but it is directly in the hotel basement and seems like a pretty safe place. The breakfast is very good and rooms are clean and neat. Great location, great price, and great stay experience.

While the location of this "property" was conveniently located for my purposes, it wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed at. In Chinatown with nothing really around it. Shower was very small and water pressure was non-existent. Breakfast choices were limited with the pancake making machine out of order.

Staff was great, from arrival to the night clerk and check out! The room was clean and beds were super comfy! Had a great experience, seems like the renovation are ongoing which means I’ll be staying here again whenever I have another concert near by.

Hello James: Unfortunately for you the entire incident was recorded on our video cameras. You even pulled the snacks out of your jacket and returned them to the agent. You eventually paid the security deposit. That was a good thing, because you tried to leave without paying for parking. So the parking charge was deducted from the security deposit. Elevator broke and I had my baby with me in a stroller such hassle to use stairs and I asked for help because the stair door was locked and was told to just walk down the ramp with my baby and all belongings horrible I would like a refund

The reason the agent told you go take the ramp is because you could put your baby in the stroller and roll down the ramp. Again, sorry we cannot control everything on the property. Best,Rick Jones
