I didn’t like my stay at all I paid over 200. Dollars for a room that I couldn’t enjoy due to fire alarm testing which started at 7:30 or 8 in the am being buzzing loud Obnoxious being and lights flashing fire code people knocking on the door to come in and check the fire alarms , I didn’t check into my room until around Yeah 10pm due to the fact that Expedia messed up a confirmation at another hotel , I asked for a late checkout because I hadn’t gotten any rest at all with fire. Drills all morning long , I was charged for a late checkout by the manager even though I asked the front desk for a late checkout , they said nothing about deducting money from my deposit which was 87 dollars they charged me a hotel fee of like 46 dollars and some other cockeyed charges I only got back 21 dollars of my deposit which was not the deal I was suppose to get my deposit back in full if 75 dollars , all in all I’m not happy with the management at all I couldn’t rest period and when I asked for a late checkout or to be comped another night they told me that they wouldn’t compensate me in anyway shape or form And had the audacity to charge me for a late checkout ! Beautiful hotel nice rooms I just wish I could have enjoyed what little time I had there to take a nice shower and be able to rest my head and actually get some sleep ! Management was rude , such a shame coming from the Hilton !
