The checkout time was supposed to be 2pm and the owner came and said you have to checkout by noon. I would like to talk to someone about this matter because I was fasled promised on the website. I’m not getting my moneys worth.

Bitten by spiders on the first night. Weeping welts. Room might have been painted in 2003. Bathroom so small you have to step into the bath to close the door to use the toilet. Bed creaks, groans & buckles. Not great.

My hotel room was nice. I had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. My main complaint is the TV remote: I could not control the volume and the mute button didn't work. I would've liked to have a TV channel guide so I wouldn't waste time trying to find which channel had the Lakers game. I would've also liked to have a list of phone numbers printed on the phone. Pasadena is a nice city--it's pedestrian-friendly.

I was given a key to the unit. Opened it and bed was unmade and room was not cleaned. They gave me a new room. Eyes were burning from the bleach. Clothes and skin reeked from the fumes. Had to leave because even opening the door could not get the smell out. Unsafe for lungs.

Staff was very helpful. Unit was clean, and the beds were comfy. I am disabled and needed a downstairs unit, they were able to move some things around to accommodate our late arrival. Cost effective, bathroom tiles need an update, please add non slip to the bathtub. Would stay here again.

Positives: the property was nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable & the shower was good & hot. The front desk people were very nice. There was plenty of parking. Negatives: housekeeping services were bad. I never got washcloths or hand towels unless I went down to the front desk to get them. I twice asked for an extra pillow, but never got one. The coffee maker in the room was dirty on the inside.

What was needed at the time.
Considering Hotel was 'lower cost', room and service exceeded my expectations. I WILL when needed book there again. Not your '5 Star Vacation' spot. But a decent, clean, comforable, affordable stay when that's what your looking for.

It was a great place for what it was exactly what I needed for one night in a clean room with parking! Service was very friendly. It is not Travelodges fault that the area was a bit shady. It was close to where I needed to be for a surprise wedding reschedule. Would stay again!

Housekeeper did not come all 3 days. I had to ask for clean towels everyday. Will not stay here again. One night there was no parking at all. We had to park in front of office door.

The floor needed to be damp mopped. It was dusty. I had a problem with the tv, although after telling the lady in the office it got fixed while I was out. But it was flashing intermittently, and the remote didn't work. So I felt around the edge, and there was a lot of dust. It may have never been dusted. Also, on the last day, there was a roach in the restroom. The people were wonderful though.
