I like what what the room offered, but they need to update the room & what was broken need to be fixed. I had to switch rooms twice because of broken tiles and wooden trims on floor. They also need to be more understanding with their guests especially if misunderstandings happen where you are not doing anything wrong and they assume not even coming down first to ask you about whatever it is they feel they are seeing in a negative way⁰ when really nothing is going on at all. The staff needs to be more understanding & unassuming in that sense towards their guests and ask before takening affirmative actions. More then disappointing it was dangerous and shockng how one is paying for the room and just how they treat their guests. It said free wifi, but yet one couldnt even use it as well especially youtube app and needing to gi through cell phone when again is dangerous the info that might be obtained from activating from you cellphone. I was extremely dissatisfied & disappointed & would never go here ever again. Appalling behaviors from staff & manager or probably owner especially when you are the one paying for the room and are accused & told "you get out of here" when you literally had done nothing wrong and were not even asked first what was going on before said assumption.

Poorly maintained overall. Furniture appears to have been rescued from the curb. Walls need painting to cover stains and patches, and door frames repaired. Cracked tile in bathroom floor. Maybe these problems are being addressed, because you will be awoken to the sounds of handymen in the next room drilling and sawing.

We chose a smoking-free room, once we opened the door it had a strong smell of cigarettes. We immediately asked for a different room, we were given the "best room", once we went inside there was a stain on the sheets. The bathroom was dirty, the walls were dirty, and the bathtub had brown stains. overall disappointed. We left the property and checked in to a different hotel

Room is a bit dated. Room was little difficult to locate as the room number was missing. Fridge and microwave work okay. The hot water takes a while to heat up. At least 7 minutes. Bed was little hard but tolerable. Neighborhood was quiet. No cable tv. Just regular tv. Ring your Roku or fire stick. Wifi was difficult to figure out. If you just need place to crash it’s okay. Nothing fancy.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. There were holes on the wall, a cross on the door, the walls were dirty and the sheets had crumbs and black stains. Never staying there! Left the same night booked with another hotel.

I was convenient location, Didn't like the mattress or the pillows mattress was sinking in and the pillows seemed used up, at 1am to 3am hearing noises upstairs as if there was construction going on and I also heard a dog crying I wouldn't come here again

Could not get a refund. This place was abysmal in every way. Once checked in the room was out of a horror house. Left the premises shocked and infuriated. Living conditions of the room were nonexistent.

The breakfast was⁵a commercial Kurig and a waffel iron.the room was stacked eith odd hotell supplies.When i went to shower it litterall 7 to 10 minutes to arrive. I was there fot the rosebowl and was chatged 3 times the normsl rate. The matresses are old and the wifi was really weak.

The outside is ghetto the manager is rude. I saw him deny a young man from getting a room because his ID was from Mexico. People who visit from other countries won't have an American ID common sense. My room was clean and remodeled. However I will NEVER stay there again. There are nicer and friendlier staff hotels near by.

Worst Experience
Issues started with payment and progressively got worse. We elected to pay in person since there was no difference between paying online or in person. This was a mistake. When we tried to pay, they had trouble processing the transaction. I figured this was a fluke and so gave another card from another bank and another network (visa), this also had an issue. Went through 6 different cards all from different banks and all 4 networks and they said none of them worked. They kept insisting every time to pay in cash if possible. But miraculously, one of the card worked after going back and forth for 30+ mins. This was already late at night, so we did not really have a choice to find another hotel. The beds were okay, could have been better. There was some rust on all the metal surfaces in the bathroom. Hot water was also not working in one of the room. In the same room without hot water, the toilet overflowed in the morning and the dirty water went everywhere. They gave us another room but that had a terrible smell. And they were very reluctant to give another room. After insisting for a bit, they finally gave another room. Overall, this was the worst experience that we have ever had. I would recommend to stay away from this place if possible.

I stood here before and never had a issue. I was here 12/12/21 and got room 201 and was dirty , like someone was there the same day I was suppose to have the room. Towels weren’t clean and stained . I took off writhing 2hrs , didn’t ask for a refund just took off

Think real hard before you select this property!
Not a very clean property! The place looks old and dirty on the outside and not any better on the inside, Furniture has lots of initials carved in it and deep scratches, no hot water in the shower the first morning, toilet paper roll is on the floor because no holder on the wall, roaches scatter when you turn on the light in the bath room, room had a closet with no doors and no hangers. plenty of dirty walls and baseboards. No daily housekeeping but they don't tell you that when you check in. Workman splatter liquids all over you car, spots on the side, hood and windshield. The TV didn't have all three major networks ABC, CBS, NBC no guide on the TV no printed guide in room or available from the front desk, not sure what he did other than take your money or tell you he didn't know anything!

Hotel should lower its nightly prices
I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. Currently this hotel seems to be under going slow renovation, but the area not hotel seemed unsafe. The counter attendant was indifferent, though not unprofessional. He answered all of my questions. I was told that the third floor rooms were in better condition, so I asked to stay in one of those. The molding/trim around my room was dirty. The peep hole on the door was stuffed with tissue paper. There was no tv reception. The remote control had no battery cover on back and the batteries were held in place with tape. When turning on the faucet, there was this loud plumbing noise and the water flow sputtered out. There was a worn leather sofa in one corner visibly worn and would think twice about sitting on it. On the positive side, the area was quiet and the air conditioner worked. The bed sheets and pillows seemed clean. I’d say that this hotel should lower their prices by at least $30 a night in the current state of their rooms. The stay wasn’t horrible, but it left a lot to be desired.

I was surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room...but, they are in renovations, so I understood. Very comfortable King bed, nice shower, the Breakfast Room in renovation, but, got myself some coffee!

This mofos cancelled my booking without telling me. I found out it was cancelled the day I was checking in thrn offered me a more expensive room so they can make money of me because the dont want to get commsioned from the app. I do not recommend this at all…
