If I can give this place one star I would the toliet and shower where do dirty had to go buy shower shoes and my own scrubbers bring your own towels I’m dead serious and don’t forget the beds they where dirty af

Disgusting! Was given a room where someone was murdered! Blood stains all over the wall and a huge circle of stained blood on the bed! When asked to be moved the owner had the audacity to get upset I asked. I showed him pictures and told him “you sleep there”. Completely rude and unwelcoming

The room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the blankets provided were raggedy and the towels were dirty and dingy. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay due to these issues.

Home was not very clean it was Dusty and rappers were still left from previous guess. Bathtub and sink Had hair from previous guests Spiders and small insects we're crawling in the bathroom. The phone in the room was not connected so could not contact front desk show the front desk manager there was no cord connected to the phone and needed phone in the room to be connected in case of an emergency manager never returned with the cord did not have a phone in the room. No closet or coffee maker in the room very basic refrigerator was not very clean.

I like the hot tub in the room. The size is huge vompared to other in room tubs BUT it was kinda dirty my hubby spent about an hr to clean it so we could use it. Even the shower was dirty. It had lots of dust and the mattress was stained on the sofa bed and the sofa bed pillows. It wasnt dirty like this the 1st time we stayed. Probably wont be staying again.

A lot of all night noise from the traffic on Whittier Blvd. Plus there was a man under the influence of drugs out in the parking lot slamming his car, trunk, hotel doors! it went on for hours from 10:00pm - 3:00am. If not longer, he was walking around his car slamming the doors and making as much noise as he could possibly make. I was exhausted, never again will we stay there. The room was not as clean as we liked, the floors where dirty.

This property is in a very unsafe environment. 5 am knocks on our room window. Hotel is ok as far as appearance but the area it is in I would not stay here again.

The clerk was very polite and helpful. My only complain is the road noise being a bit loud due to it being right next to a major street. Also location is very good because it is close to several stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and uptown Whittier for entertainment.

The check in was fast, staff was friendly, the first impression I got after checking in was the 10 cop cars that rushed through Whittier Boulevard, there wasn’t enough parking in front so we had to park in the back parking lot across the alley, the Hotel sits in a neighborhood, that was odd, lastly they only provided 3 towels, all in all it was ok, for the price and just for a nights sleep can’t beat it

I was underwhelmed with my stay. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room. I got out of the shower and the towel I used had a lot of hair from a previous guest… stay away if possible.
