"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa.
