"This place was clean and had comfy beds. The location was great, the rooftop bar was lovely. The staff organised all of our trips and gave us water and snacks to bring with us every morning.

"Very friendly, even couldn't speak so good English. Breakfast was served to the room, and that is special. We actually stayed at hotel 5 days, so we like it. Easily to walk to the main town or take cheap taxi. There are restaurants near by, lunch cost 5 soles and dinner 6 - 10 soles."

"Wow…..what a great place to stay! Everything they do is top notch! Their customer service is excellent, the rooms are cozy and have everything you need, the breakfast is EXCELLENT and the breakfast staff is so accommodating, the housekeeping does a great job! "This is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife’s birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa! "
