"Staff not very welcoming- look like they rather be anywhere but there. The man that helped me was especially not nice. I asked for a low floor at reservation and when I got there he would only offer me 10th floor! And he repeated it many times like I don’t know English. The room was dated, the rug dirty and I had to wipe someone’s feces off the side of toilet seat cover- really gross. 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels only- I had to ask for more. Also had to ask for luggage rack. Took over an hour to order food because no one is really working together at this place so no help when you call the rude guy at front desk. The lady that brought the food was really nice and super helpful. Our favorite person was the parking lady. I didn’t get her name but she had all the answers and was super helpful and nice to us. She also offered us the free parking for handicap that the hotel doesn't tell you about or ask and offer. She also had our car ready at 6:30 because she remembered our appointment time. Her service was excellent! Don’t let her go, she’s the only nice person there!! was very disappointed in this hotel and won’t stay there again. I really tried to like this place but the vibe is bad. It was close to the hospital so we stayed there but I won’t do that again. Get it together guys! Hotel guests are like house guests you treat them nice and offer all your good service. Your food service girl and parking lady were the only nice people in your hotel.."

"I had a disappointing stay overall. My room was not cleaned, even though I am absolutely certain I removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. The front desk initially suggested that might have been the reason, but I clarified it was not on the door. When I spoke to another staff member, I was told the cleaning staff might be on strike, which sounded completely made up—especially since someone else had already apologized and admitted my room was simply overlooked. The shower gel in the bathroom was nearly empty upon arrival. For a three-night stay, basic items like this should be checked and fully stocked in advance. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Many items were gone, and staff did not replenish them. You are left with banana, yogurt, oatmeal. Additionally, the elevator service was extremely slow. With only two elevators available, one broke down at one point, causing chaos and long wait times as lines quickly formed. They offer tea in the lobby, but unfortunately, the water was cold—another small detail that reflects poor attention to guest experience. The valet staff was friendly—and frankly, they should be, given the $31 per night charge, which felt like a complete rip-off. Overall, the service and maintenance fell below expectations, and I hope the hotel improves its attention to detail and communication moving forward."

"Great location and nice property. Clean and inviting. The only negative is the elevators. Incredibly slow and small. Seem old and almost like you’re gonna get stuck in them. Know that’s not an easy fix but seems like they could somehow be modernized or updated. "

"you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!"
