"We went 3 days without hot water! I let the front desk know and they never got back to me about the water issue! On Friday when I went to shower it was cold again so I packed up and checked out! The front desk was rude when I let them know and then they said the hot water issue was supposed to be on the cold side! This is unacceptable to me and I won’t my money back for fridays stay!! "

"The pool and grounds were very nice, staff were excellent, rooms were clean but lacking some amenities. another issue we had was check in was 4:00pm, we arrived at 4:30pm and still waited over 2 hours to get a room. The manager did compensate us accordingly. The college spring breakers were well policed but the night pool party music was extremely loud. "
