The hotel overall is nice, parking can be an issue though and there's no mini fridge in the room to keep items cold. The staff overall was very good especially the two ladies that run the cafe who i recommend you tip and the reception desk Fernanado, and Lorimer who also suggested a decent low cost seafood restaurant called Varadero in Puerto Tazacorte. I woke recommend this place the breakfast was very good although the choices are not quite as numerous as very big hotels.

Hotel Benahoare Los Llanos La Palma April

This was a very pleasant stay in a spacious room. All the personnel was superfriendly and always ready to help out with any requests. Roof top terrace was great to hang out at with beautiful views. Excellent location with good restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay! Lorimer was a great host and told us where to go to see some sites, which were all fun and unique along with great places to eat. Terrace was a nice spot to relax and have a drink! Beds were on the firmer side but still good.

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Hotelpersonal. Optimale Lage zur Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Klimaanlage, die zum Heizen diente. Sehr leckere Wahlfrühstücke. Parkplatzsituation ist weniger erfreulich: Es gibt - falls verfügbar - Parkplätze in naher Tiefgarage, die von der Reception vergeben werden. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze im Quartier sind ziemlich begehrt und oft belegt. WLAN im Zimmer ist unstabil.
