"Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind.
Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39.
Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash cans!
House keeping, I requested service once during my stay. Nightstand was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, TP was not replenished, floor was not swept, yet somehow my husband's black sunglasses came up missing. I didn't mention this because we figured the person needed then more than my husband.
In the end we still had a lovely time."
"Property was nice, rooms were clean, but were little dated, dresser drawers had to be Velcro shut to stay closed and the A.C didn't work very well. Staff was friendly though."
"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The overall look and feel is beautifully retro with a timeless, classic charm that gives the property a unique character. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt especially warm and inviting in the morning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative, making check-in and my stay smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with classic style and excellent service."
"The staff was friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to Jay, the morning desk clerk and shuttle driver. Spacious and quiet room. Would stay here again."

8/10 Good
"The room itself was nice and clean. Outside and nearby buildings were a little sketchy, lobby and hallways didnt look so clean or smelled it either. Only thing inside room that I could critique is the metal in sink faucet and other places in bathroom had a bit of corrosion."
