"The air conditioning works, and the breakfast is very basic.
For the price, it's a hotel, but the quality is more like a motel.
If you book through any means other than directly with them and make a reservation for several days, and for some reason you stay fewer days, they will keep the money for the remaining days. This is their new, dishonest way of operating.
So make sure you stay the full number of days you booked, because they don't care if you had an incident or your job ended; they will keep the money for the remaining days."
"We were traveling as a family, including the grandparents, as well as a service dog. We stayed in the premium suite. It was fabulous! There were two separate bedrooms connected in the center with a family room. If you’re traveling with family this is the most amazing option. Breakfast was great, they had an amazing selection of K-cups readily available. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Security cameras in all common areas and a feeling of safety. We’ll be driving this way again and are really looking forward to making this a regular pit stop for our crew. "
"The room was very clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable, but the sink and shower had gnat-like bugs. It was also very difficult to turn on the shower (the pin that you push was stuck). The freeway noise was surprisingly not so bad but there was truck noise from Tracy Ave, and noise from the air conditioner. The best word to describe this motel was basic."
